Heavenly Father, we're grateful to know that you're here today, that the same Spirit that indwelt the man, Christ Jesus. That same Spirit from eternity is here, and, we realize that as Bro. Branham said on perhaps two occasions, we know two anyway, “If you only knew who I am, you'd all be healed.” How much more than Lord, if we really knew, and know who You are. In Your Presence, and really take it to heart, it becomes that revelation. There won't be one feeble one amongst us. There will not be one, whatsoever. And, we have that to look forward to Lord, that the revelation is coming from the negative into the positive, more and more. Until there will be no more left. The dead's going to come out of the ground. And, we're going to be changed. We're grateful for that.

We pray Lord that, none of our thoughts should be remiss today, but, all shall be in line to and in order to glorify Your Great Name. Now we commend ourselves unto You most joyfully, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. You may be seated.

1. Now, we're still continuing concerning the fact of the Headship of Christ, the 'Headship is Here'. Now, we're going to read a verse that I'll read again, as I quote Bro. Branham, because I'm going to do something which I have not done previously, which is to take pretty well the whole Message from two messages that Bro. Branham preached. And I'll read them, at least large portions and then comment a little here and there hopefully we'll get a better understanding thereby.

Now in Colossians 1:18, It says:

(18) And he is the head of the body, (which is) the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from (among) the dead; that in all things he might have the pre-eminence.

Now, Bro. Branham says: [Christ is the Mystery of God Revealed 07-28-63]

[161]…The Headship is here (Amen.), Christ, the risen Lord. It's here in the same power of His resurrection that He ever was, manifesting Himself.

Now, (you know) to build a doctrine, to build a house there has to be a blue-print. And there has to be a material to build with. And there has to be the understanding how it goes together. So, I'm going to throw a little word at you that you've already know. And that is, that Bro. Branham categorically stated, "The Jehovah of Old Testament is Jesus of the New."

I want to ask you a question: What Jesus? Because Jesus had a beginning as a man. Many people simply cannot go back to the dis-incarnation, they only look at the incarnation and therefore they unwittingly sterilize their thinking concerning what Bro. Branham said.

Now, he said, "The Headship is here. Christ the risen Lord." Now, where is He? Duality is the risen Lord, He's got to be here risen in the flesh. Well? Awful boo-boo. And he said, "He is here, It's here in the same power of His resurrection that He ever was manifesting Himself."

2. He said, "The headstone is coming into the body. That's the Redeemer coming to take His Own. He is here with us. Now, if you're stereo-typed and sterile, that again is a Resurrection Body. In the evening time it shall be light. That's when comes Christ, the Holy Spirit, Jesus comes down. Is that three people? Or is it one person in three different manners? In times, what is it? Jesus comes down, sets Himself at the Head of the Church. Then, He will resurrect the Church being His Own Body.

Now, he already said, "He's here, Headship is here." Then he said, "The Headstone is coming into the Body." That's the same thing. In the evening time it shall be Light. So the light comes from the east to the west. So, the Light's here. That's when comes Christ, the Holy Spirit Jesus Christ comes down, sets Himself at the Head of the Church, then will resurrect the Church being His Own Body.

3. All right, in Acts 3, It says:

(21) Whom the heaven must (retain) until the times of (restoration) of all things, (What's he talking about? Jesus that was appointed.) …(restoration) of all things, spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

Then It says in verse 25:

(25) (You) are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed (you know that seed was singular, Christ, seed of Abraham) shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

(26) Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus…

Now, He raised Him up first, and this is the Resurrection, sent Him to the Jew first and also to the Gentile. Now, if He raised Him up first, He's got to raise Him again because always a first demands a continuation either to a two, a three, or a four, or as many as is necessary. Otherwise, he would have said, "God raised Him up." Period.

When was He raised up to the Gentiles? See, that's what Bro. Branham kept stressing, "He was obligated to do for the Gentiles what He did for Israel. But this time it would be in the Spirit."

Now, of course, everybody wants to put that down as the baptism with the Holy Ghost, and I say one word, "hogwash." He was raised up at that time as the baptism with the Holy Ghost to Israel. And did might works showing that He was alive. But, to the Gentiles it was not so. So, He'll be raised up again, He was obligated to come to the Gentiles.

4. Now, what I want to do is to go into some sermons here and hopefully I'll read carefully and slowly (or something) so that we'll get a great deal what Bro. Branham said in this subject. Now:

[137] Notice, Colossians the 18th verse here, in the Book…

Now... he is the head of the church, the body,... who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; (now, that's Jesus Himself, and the Church also will be part of the first born from the dead, because they're the Bride,) that in all things he might have the pre-eminence.

He is the Head of the Church which is His Body, and He wants the pre-eminence. Listen close while we're going. Watch. He is to be the Head of the Body, His Bride's body, which is taken from Him, flesh and bone like in Adam, Bride, born from the dead (See?) that's born from the dead, sin of unbelief . What killed Eve? Unbelief. The unbelief in what? What for unbelief in God? No, she had faith in God. Sure did she say, "There is no God"? No, Sir she wasn't an infidel.

[138] "Well," she said, "you know, I don't believe His Word at all." Oh, no, she believed all but one little thing. See? Now, didn't the Bible say over in the Book of Revelation--Jesus said Himself, "I, Jesus, have sent My messenger to testify these things unto you. Whosoever shall take one word from It or add one word to It..." And if all this heartache and sorrow had to come because a woman doubted one Word of God, will He let you back doubting one Word? He would be unjust. See? See, that wouldn't be right. Condemned... Here's one man standing: he caused all of his heartache because of one Word doubted, then he goes ahead and takes years of experience and everything in the Bible and so forth and the others who's give their lives for it and then say, "Oh, you can go ahead and eat it. That's all right. I'll let you back anyhow." God is no respecter of persons.

[139] Notice now. He is the Head of the Body, that's borned from the sin of unbelief in God's Word…

5. Now, what's he telling you? He's telling you the body will not disbelieve one Word. See, that's what he's getting at. Now, He is the Head of the body that's born from the sin of unbelief in God's Word.

That excuses every denomination, (really, it puts out every denomination,) every creed... unbelief in the Word, which is Himself, the Word of Life. See? The Word only has Life. Any other word is a hybrid. No matter how much it looks like it, it isn't the Word. The Word produces Its own Life that Eve swapped for personal knowledge… through (one) man's understanding. Moses had a great understanding of God till he met the burning bush, then he saw his failure. The burning bush had what Moses lacked. The Word's got what the denomination lacks. He, the Head, is the Firstfruits of the resurrection… He is the Firstfruits of the resurrection. Is that right? Then what is He? He's the Head of the Body, which is His Church, Bride.

[140] Then the Bride-body must follow the Head, for it is part of His resurrection and part of the mystery. It's impossible for it (that's the body) not to go. It's part of God's mystery. How God revealed Himself here and raised it (up) by the Word, so that He reveals the Church and raises it up by the same Word. It's a part of His threefold mystery.

Now, if you didn't get it, let's go over it. (I hope we've got all day, because this an all day possibility.) He says here: "Then the Bride-body must follow the Head, for it is part of His resurrection."

6. Well, certainly, Jesus' head wasn't seen walking around the streets. The head, the trunk, the limbs were seen walking around the streets. A complete being. And we're the body, and we're not the head. But, if the head gets out, the body's got to get out. (See?) Now, that's blessed assurance. (See?)

Oh, my. (he said,) It's impossible for it not to go. It's part of God's mystery. How God revealed Himself here…

God in human form taking the form on, in the form of a human, God could die, yet not die. You understand? It's the only way He could taste death by being in a man. All right, part of His mystery. Now:

How God revealed Himself here and raised it by the Word, so ... He reveals the Church (Well, you say, "Hmm, I don't know that I can look around and see anybody that I can really identify as Church."

Well, he said, "He reveals it." First of all, it takes a revelation. The Church is revealed the same as God was revealed. It's part of that mystery.

…and raises it up by the same Word. (So, He reveals the Church and raises it up by the same Word.) It's a part of His threefold mystery .

7. In other words, the identification that we have under Adam through the fall, we have now a perfect identification in Christ. "So, that is in Adam all died, even so in Christ all shall be made alive." [1 Cor 15:22]

As the Head was took from the grave, so must the Body follow Him back to Eden. Where the Head of the family, the Man, the Bridegroom--the Bride being the Body of the Bridegroom must follow, because that's the Head. And the Head's revealed (now listen: And the Head's revealed) and come back with Eternal Life; and the Body must follow that, because it is Husband and Wife again.

In other words, if He's been revealed, you're part of the revelation, you're part of the body, you're part of the Word, you enter the Resurrection.

Amen. And as long as you're pregnated with the same Word, (now, how did His body get here? Through pregnation.)

8. All right: [Bro. Vayle repeats some]

And the Head's revealed and come back with Eternal Life; and the Body must follow that, because it is Husband and Wife again. And as long as you're pregnated with the same Word, which is His Body…not the creed, the Word.

[141] Just think of it now, .... Therefore, the Body cannot recognize... (Now don't fail this.) The Body, therefore, cannot recognize any other headship but the Word, because the Head is connected with the Body. And the Head is the Word and it's the same Word: (One Headship makes one body.) Therefore, one Headship. denominations, and holy fathers, and everything else is dead to them. There's one Headship; that's Christ. The Body only recognizes one thing: the Word. Now, show me where somebody was the Word baptized in the Body in the name of Father, Son, Holy Ghost?… What name are you baptized in? For there's not another name given under heaven whereby man can be saved. And if you're baptized to show your belief in Christ then take on a creed name, then you're a hybrid. If you're not exactly like that church and exactly like their teaching, then you Catholic people (See?), how can you go under the jurisdiction of a pope now, saying that he is a successor by apostolic succession from Peter; and this pope and this church teaches so contrary to this first Word, which God recognized by signs and wonders to be His Church, and to show that same Word being brought forth today in its purity, showing the same resurrection that He had there--

9. Now, He showed the resurrection back there, He was raised up with to them. So, He's got to be raised up today in the same degree.

God living among His people doing the same things--then you can recognize the headship in Rome?

[142] Our Headship is in heaven. I'm not going to Rome; I'm going to heaven when I die. See? The Headship is in heaven. (Now, that tells you that spiritually the body's got to follow as well a physically.) And the Body must follow the Head, as the wife follows the husband. Being that Adam was not deceived, he walked out with Eve. Eve was deceived. She was in the transgression, or the entire resurrection of the whole body would've come forth at the day of the Lord Jesus, when He come forth from the grave, but He had to redeem Her, which is His Body.

Now, you see, if he hadn't got astray. Now, you say, "Well, how could that have been?" Well, that's nothing, we have a pre-existence. The minute Jesus came forth immortal, we'd have just taken on immortal bodies instead of physical bodies. But, you see, the Bride had to be redeemed. Because, they had all fallen in Adam and Eve, and everyone had to come down through this birth here.

She has to be redeemed in order to come to Him. Do you see it? Oh, my. See? It couldn't have happen then. The redemption is going on. Now, you see the Seals when He was in His mediatorial work back there redeeming? But someday He comes forth to get this Book that He's redeemed, and all that's in this Book would be Him, for that's the believer, the Words in the Book, and the Word is Him, and all that's in It. He comes forth for this Book of Redemption, whose names are written on the Book before the foundation of the world when He was slain as a Lamb. And here He is today in His Word, manifesting the same thing He did there. She can't recognize another headship. No, sir. …no bishop, no nothing. She recognizes one Headship; that's Christ; and Christ is the Word.

10. Well, I'll just keep reading:

[143] As the Head was took up from the grave, so must His Body follow Him into Eden. Therefore, the Body cannot recognize any other headship, but the Headship of the Word. No denomination can put anything to It. For whoso- ever shall take one word away from It or add one word to It... They've took away from It; you're dead, hybrid, right there. She's back here with this testimony in her hands, the filthiness of her fornications, committing spiritual adultery against the very Word that she claims to believe. See? Therefore, it's Word or nothing. That's right. He, the Word... How do you know it's right? He, the Word is vindicated. See? He, the Word properly vindicated, is the Headship…

Now watch: he's bring it down to this hour, the Word properly vindicated. Now, vindication had to come by a prophet, John, and manifestation of works that identified him and scriptural orientation. Now:

He, the Word properly vindicated, …identified, vindicated by His own Spirit being in the Church itself (the person), (he's talking about the person) showing forth Himself in vindication is the direct proof to the entire Body. (Now, he says, "entire body," and we're getting to the entire body, we're the last ones.) You don't need creeds then. Denominations has perished, but the Headship Itself, recognized in the Body by personal identifications (See, identifying Himself) proves the Headship to the Body. Then we are united under One vindicated Headship; that is Christ, the Word of God, not under any church. Then our Headship is a Kingdom.

11. [Now:]

[144] "The Kingdom of God is within you," said the Bible--Jesus. The Kingdom... We are not a denomination. We belong to a Kingdom, and the Kingdom is the Word of God made Spirit and Life in our own life, bringing to pass every promise in this day as it did in that day when the Word and God was One. (Now, he's taking this hour back to the previous hour, which is the Omega back to the Alpha.) And the Word in God is One in His Church today, (now, it hasn't been that way before. The church, certainly God and His Word's been one, they never could change. But you can't say that about the church.) And the Word and God is One in His Church today, making it the Headship of the Body that is redeemed to bring the message in the last day and to be taken up from the dead in the resurrection and go back and restore again as Adam and Eve in the beginning of the garden of Eden.

Well, that's 1 Thessalonians 4. "The Lord descends from Heaven with a Shout, the Voice, the archangel, Trump of God." The Shout being a Message. They've got to be here to give the Message. After the Message comes the Resurrection.

12. Now, I'm reading again:

And the Word and God is One in His Church today, making it the Headship of the Body…

Now, the body, the head's got to come down to the body. Bring it out of the ground. I'm not talking about physical, I'm talking about spiritual. Because, that's what He's doing.

And the Word and God is One in His Church today, making it the Headship of the Body that is redeemed to bring the message in the last day…

In other words, redemption in the body in the last day is going to come by the Word which redeems her from flesh and blood, and from sin. Makes her immortal, brings the dead out of the ground.

…to bring the message in the last day and to be taken up from the dead in the resurrection…

Now, you can't change [who] you are, that's 1 Thessalonians 4. So, he preached the Rapture before he preached the Rapture.

13. Now notice:

[145] United together under one Headship in a like manner type of Israel of old. Now, are you getting it? Like Israel of old: one God, a-vindicated by a Pillar of Fire and revealed Himself through a prophet to be the Word. The same God, same Pillar of Fire, same way... He cannot change His way. Is that, just perfect as it can be, isn't it? See? One God... (Now, he takes you back to Moses, to the Exodus like we've been doing here.) How many gods did Israel have? How many has the Bride got? How many will ever be? (Only one.) Under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, which was the Pillar of Fire in the days of Moses the great prophet... He was directed by a Pillar of Fire. Is that right? All right. Going to a promised land...

Now, he said, this is the same hour. Same God, same Pillar of Fire and a prophet.

And--in the Christian age there was one God which appeared in a form of a Pillar of Fire to a prophet called Paul, who was sent to the Gentiles to take a people out for His Name's sake. Is that right? And in the last days has come down in like manner vindicating Himself in the same signs, same wonder, same Pillar of Fire, same Gospel, same Word, same manifestation... His Body will do the works that He promised, like in Mark 16 and so forth…

But, just remember one thing: he didn't say, "they," he said, "Him." It's in the singular that doeth the works. You don't have body ministry. That's a lot of hogwash. You got one God, one Pillar of Fire, one prophet. And you got a bunch of goof-balls running around. (I had to throw that in, I can't even sleep with the prophet's message.) [laughter. (Might as well…forget it. You're going to have to shoot me to get me immortalized I can tell you that.) [laughter]

14. "In the last days, same thing," he says.

His body was not held in the grave, but was recognized with Him in the resurrection. (That's His Own body. Just the head didn't roll out.) Do you get it?

[146] Then the Body of His believing children will not be held in the grave when He comes, but will be recognized with Him, because He died for the purpose to resurrect His Bride, the Body. Recognize, because it is His Body, because it's the Word. (Which is the Bride, and which is also the Word that says this is the way it's going to be.) It's so completely yielded from denominations and things to Him, and He is the Word. See? And it's recognized with Him because now we have the firstfruit of our resurrection to know that we've passed from death unto Life, become prisoners of His, and God proving to us by, His personal Headship that He is the same yesterday today, and f orever, by doing the same things through the Church that He did then.

All right, we're prisoners. You say, "Well, Bro. Vayle, I know Bro. Branham preached a sermon on prisoners of God, like prisoners of Paul and I just don't know that I am in prison." Well, I thought he was talking about the Exodus. All right, so God leads them out there, and when He leads them out, here's the Red Sea in front of them, here's the Egyptian mountains to the right of them, here's the desert to the left, and here's Egypt behind. Prisoners, or not? Now, if you come out, you're a prisoner. It's right. We're not talking about here about the message of grace in an individual life. We're talking about events which have transpiring now. That's why people are so still cooped up. They can't separate one from the other. There's one God!

15. I'm going to tell you something: when He was a Lamb, He was not the mighty conqueror. They did what they wanted to Him. When God raised Him, He came forth, broke the gates of hell asunder, He was a conqueror. But, you haven't seen nothing yet to the Mighty Conqueror He's going to be. (See?) People just get all of him, you might as well have a hundred and fifty gods, a whole plethora.

You see, when you start fooling around you are a pagan. You're a desecrated heathen. [Bro. Vayle chuckles] Isn't that something. Friend of mine back in Canada had a worse name than that for it. He said, "They're louse bound heathen," he said.

Listen, you're a prisoner to Him. And you're not fooling around. But, I'm going to tell you one thing: People who come out and aren't real prisoners, but they know they're sort of stuck someway with something. "Let's go back, let's go back. Let's make us gods and go back." That mixed multitude that came out. "Hallelujah," Bro. Branham said, "Let them sit." I don't sit, we got no problem.

16. All right:

He in me, and I in Him, and you--and you know, and so forth…

Now, you're a prisoner in another respect. He said, "In this union," which he said previously, "none shall escape out of my hand." Now, the body is made complete, how are you going to escape out of the body? You think that God's more foolish than us? That if I've got a liver and a kidney or something, and the liver decides it wants to escape, and I'm going to stand around and let my liver escape? [laughter]

You know, listen, reduce this thing to where it is and you can see it's laughable, it's ridiculous where people to misunderstand the Word of God. Where does it put him? With the insane. (See?) That's why I teach so sarcastically, I do it on purpose. Then I go home and cry about it. Or just about cry, except I lost all my tears almost.

…recognized with Him in the resurrection, same as He is now. Listen. Which means this: His Word (which He is) has begun to be risen. The Word that down through the age of Luther, Wesley has begin to raise up to its power. There it begin to move. Then it moved a little more. (Like Wesley, next Pentecost, next we. ) Now, it's coming up to identification. See? Watch.

[147] Now, to the Life in the Body is a vindication of the rapture at hand.

What Life? Oh, I've been full of the Holy Ghost. That's right, that's Life. That's not what he's talking about. He's talking about the Giver of Life, the Life Himself. See, you don't make any mistakes and think we're talking about Pentecost. Remember, it's the same Holy Spirit, but He does different things. He manifests. Bro. Branham taught us that.

17. Now:

When you see the Headship and the Body becoming one…

And how did he say that was? God, Pillar of Fire, vindication that He's here. And when He's here the Head is joined to the Body. Headship is here. Because remember, we represent all of Seven Church Ages. Bro. Branham said, "Everything in American citizen I am, her glorious shame, and everything in a Bride we are part of that Bride." He said we are. Now, we are the last representatives. And He's risen amongst us.

When you see the Headship and the Body becoming one and the Fullness of the measure of His manifestation, shows that the Body is about ready to be received to His Headship.

In other words, that culminating process will be over. The final union. Now:

"Nations are breaking, Israel's awakening..." See what I mean? He has begin to give Life unto His Body the one that He has redeemed. The mediatorial work is done. He's bringing His Life to Body (that's resurrection) in the vindication for the rapture… One more great remark I want to make, if I have to move over a little bit. Now, notice. Listen to this. Now, is the great thing. Now, is where we want to watch. Remember, in the last days will exactly go back and vindicate the first day. (That's your Alpha, Omega theory, or principle.) See? Adam and Eve, husband and wife, no life, no sin, then the fall… Notice, what caused it? Lucifer. Lucifer is doing now as he did at the first time. Just as the kingdom of the Gentiles was brought in with King Nebuchadnezzar--vindicated the Gentile race by a prophet who could interpret unknown tongues, visions, and dreams.

[148] And it's come down through the Gentiles without anything, just Medo- Persians and iron and so forth, and in the feet it goes out the same way again: the Gentile kingdom…

18. Same way again what? Prophet? Absolutely. Tongues? Interpretations? Visions? Under-standing dreams? Same thing. Got to be. Alpha is Omega. See, that one principle alone is a Life saver.

Notice, Lucifer in the last days is doing the same thing. What did Lucifer do? The first thing that Lucifer done to separate the fellowship of God and man, he wanted to build him a united kingdom of greater splendor and seemingly more cultured, a greater kingdom than Michael, which is Christ. You got it? Now, if you miss it, just hold up your hand and I'll say it again. Okay, Lucifer at the beginning, his purpose in heart was to achieve a brighter and greater thing in heaven than Christ… by seemingly a more cultured, more beautiful, more splendor than the Kingdom of Christ. Do you think we'll have automobiles in the millennium and airplanes? See what Lucifer's doing? Now, the big fancy intellectual denominations are doing the very same thing, gathering themselves together to do the same thing. They are gathering and denominating themselves, each one trying to beat the other.

But, the devil trying to defeat the devil, eh?

[149] … now they got so much splendor they don't know what to do but to unite it with the Catholic church. See? (This is the beautiful thing that John saw at the end-time.) Lucifer again building a bigger kingdom to push out people that don't believe in denominations, and even take their church buildings and make storerooms, and the pastors of such has no rights at all. And a man that is a God-sent man would never stay in a denomination after hearing this or seeing it, if he's got enough to go out and look at it. Certainly. I don't say that critically; I say that truthfully to be revealed. Notice, in this last days, Lucifer's doing the same thing. Can you see it? The devil doing the same thing, building up a hybrid church--a hybrid, by hybrid members, hybrid by knowledge instead of the Word, by intellectual men instead of borned again men, building an intellectual kingdom that'll outshine Christ's little bitty flock. See? What is it that did that? Fallen angels.

19. [Now:]

[150] The Bible said it was fallen angels who listened to Lucifer instead of Christ, who they once belonged to? Is that right? Now, listen. Fallen angels, what kind of angels? (All right, who are the angels?) Luther, Wesley, Catholic, Pentecostal who kept not their first estate like the angels did not and has fallen into organizations like Lucifer's main hold at Nicaea... And what have they done? Organized a great ecumenical association of ministers to make an image unto the beast… and building a Christian economy that'll close the doors of this church and others like it. See Lucifer at his work?

I'm trying to bring you the threefold revelation or mystery of God. What did they do? sold out to reasonings of wisdom and education like Eve did, fallen angels. (See, that's under the face of man, that's not the beast, the calf, or the lion; neither will it be the eagle. This is what man does.) Wesley was a man of God, but what followed him? Fallen angels got into it. What was the angels first? Created beings of God that fell for Lucifer's wisdom…you see what they became? Fallen angels. And organizations from man of God who went forth to establish truths in the earth, before that truth could go along and be proclaimed and get on to the real revelation of Christ, fallen angels (that's your loused up bunch of preachers) came and took it over and made denominations.

20. See, it's the only way they can perpetuate themselves and get a toe-hold a strong-hold and build their empire. Because, this church has go to build empire same as God's going to build an empire. See, It comes from an empire system. You can't help it. Because the very…original of God was a Kingdom. And the pattern came down here on earth, was in Adam and Eve, with God running everything. And Satan came in, then began building again into the kingdom pattern which is a hybrid.

That's the reason the revelation of the Seven Seal mystery had to be unfolded. Now, you see it? What they left off...

In other words, they started, but they didn't come on. They go 'zap'. And this other fellow after years maybe a hundred, he'd come back where they left off and bring up and then go 'zap'. Then Pentecost came along. And they went back, and they picked up. And they went 'zap'. Well, there's got to come a time when somebody picks up and it doesn't go 'zap'. (See?) Well, then it's got to be Word all the way through.

And remember, the further the bullet is away from the gun having gone off track, the further the bullet misses the mark. So, every time the bullet had to be pulled back, pulled back. Well, by the time you got to the Seventh Seal, you had to go all the way back and pick it up. You see why it was the Seventh Seal?

21. Okay, there's only one thing that can happen. There's has to be a Message at the end-time when there is nothing else can follow it. (Yes sir) You know what happened? The Shout. The next thing is Resurrection.

So, you see what was all off of track, is completely off track. There's nobody left. The shoot-out at the 'OK Corral' has taken place. The boys in the white hats have gone on. (I said that to wake you up, in case you were getting drowsy on me.) [laughter] Well, Bro. Branham spoke of that great round-up in the sky. How, only the ones with the blood line got in. He said, "Never mind the tag on the ear." He said, "Get to the blood line." (Okay, I got you wakened up, fine.)

22. All right:

[151] There has to be a message… nothing can follow It. (Why? Because, comes the Voice after the Shout.) And now the ecumenical world has set up such a regime that there can be no denomination or no not nothing else follow it.

You say, "Why will it follow it even?" Because, they're going to take over everything. And you won't get off the ground, if you don't come in and join the boys. Listen, they started this back when I was twenty two years of age, and I'm sixty eight. Said, "Could we possibly rent this church, or do something?" "Well," they said, "refer you to the council of churches." You see why I love Canada? (Phfft!) Any place in the States I can go find something down here, but in Canada they're dead. They're dead. Why? Because Catholicism is in there, lock, stock and barrel. No, they got their thumbs in everything. You can start nothing pretty soon.

You're either in it or you're out of it. (That's what he says.) The fruit is in the top of the tree, (that's first-fruits) and the Light is shining on that predestinated fruit, she's ripening into Christ-like fruit, (first-fruits) bringing forth the same mellowness and sweetness and the same Spirit that He had in Him. Hope you see it. See, I try to put too much in one day. I wear you out. (Well, don't feel bad Bro. Branham) So look, they sold out to reasonings, sold out to reasonings of denomination. "If I can just belong to this. The mayor goes to this church." See? "If I can be Methodist or Presbyterian..." Just look where they've gone. Now, I've just explained them limbs are pruned off back there; they're dead.

That's right, a man comes along and that's the end of that church. Another bunch starts up. The life goes on. Certainly. As soon as the air is exposed, the life is flowing again. (See?)

23. Okay:

"If I can be Methodist or Presbyterian..." Just look where they've gone. Now, I've just explained them limbs are pruned off; they're dead. They're not connected with Christ anymore; they'd be bringing the same life. They're not connected with it, but they're like citrus fruit. Any citrus fruit will live on a citrus tree, but it'll bring its own fruit. You put a grapefruit in a orange tree, it'll live by the orange tree life, it'll bring forth grapefruit.

"In Him all things live and move and have their being." [Acts 17:28a] See, the purpose of God is in everything.

[152] You put a lemon in there, it's a citrus fruit, it'll bring forth an old sour lemon, living off of the life of the orange tree. That's what denominations are doing, under the name of the Church. It's the Bride that's the original Tree, the original Spirit. The revelation comes from Christ, not denomination: but Christ. Notice. What's the denomination trying to do? Exalt itself like Lucifer. They so call themselves the church, the bride…

The Catholic's at the end-time says, "I'm not a widow, I sit as a queen, says, I'm the queen of the universe, my husband the king is the Lord." You know that? They call themselves that. Yep.)

They so call themselves the church, the bride which they are in Revelations 17, spoke of, the false bride. Above Christ's little flock, the Bride, Lucifer thinks and exalts himself above the humble Word of God's Truth by the knowledge of the revelation that has placed himself by seminary education and theology, until they have got themselves up, and if you don't belong to their group, then you are a washout.... like Lucifer in the beginning, saying to the people just exactly what Lucifer said to Eve: "Surely God will receive us; we feed the poor (That's good.). Surely He will receive us; we are a great denominational; a beautiful church. Why, look at our buildings. Look at our membership. We stand by the millions. Surely God will not turn that group down."

24. [Now:]

[153] The same thing that Cain did, brought in the pretty fruits from the ground that he had tilled, and toiled, and worked, and brought the fruits and rejected the humble blood of the lamb. God have mercy that men and women will not think I'm saying this to exalt something or some personal revelation or some-thing. I'm only telling you the Truth. Can't you see what they're doing? I speak it loud and harsh, but you got to drive a nail till it clinches if it's going to do any good (See?), so you'll see it. Now, saying to the people, "Surely... You mean to tell me that our great Catholic church that's stood all this time, our great Methodist... Look at our forefathers." But they broke the Word of the Lord. And Eve was God's--one of His... She was a byproduct of Adam. And because she doubted one word of God, that did it. And here's Lucifer at his job again today. Remember, the antichrist is not communism. The antichrist is so close like the real thing till it'd deceive the very elected but it's not possible (Matthew 24)-- Lucifer again-- Lucifer again is breaking God's unity in men by his limiting the Word of God to his reasonings, what he thinks is right, and what he thinks, he breaks the Word of God…

25. In other words, the mind of men will destroy the mind of God. That means: the efficacy, its availability and so on. Now:

…the same thing he did in the days of Jesus.

[154] And Jesus said, "You by your traditions has made the Word of God of no effect." And the denominations by their organized intellectual reasonings has made God's Word to no effect upon the people. That's right. They just can't see it. (And) Then they say, "Where is the God of the Bible?" He's right here. He's the Bible--what He is. (By His Words we're living.) Notice.

Now, Lucifer comes in the cunningness and breaks the unity of God to man just like he did in Eden by great temptations and promises of self- power and exaltations. "Why, you might become a bishop if you'll just stay with us. You might come a district presbyter. Why would you not go to something like that?" See? That's Pentecostal, Catholic and so forth. A great false promise to a man to receive power outside the Word and promise of God. You receive power when the Holy Ghost is come upon you, not when you become a bishop, or a deacon, or whatever he was. See? But Lucifer, he's at his job again. Does this church understand that? …

26. [Now:]

[155] Breaking from--apart from the Word of God... See? He did the same at Nicaea, Rome. You know what Constantine give them? You went through the Church Ages. They didn't have nothing, but Christ. And they set in little old buildings anywhere they could on hard rock floors. You know that, if you have took the Nicaea Council and the Pre-Nicaea Council and the Nicaean Fathers and so forth, the history of the church. They had nothing. But when they had this council and inducted some of the Roman paganism into Christianity and put "holy men" and bishops and so forth, and popes and all of this kind of nonsense... What did Constantine give them? I ask any theologian to tell me. He gave them property. He give them freedom all they wanted. …they swapped the Word of God for the wisdom and culture of man. That's the same thing Lucifer did then, he did in the garden of Eden. They died right there. And the Pentecostal church died at Nicaea, Rome, but to be resurrected in the Bride Tree in the last days. …

27. Now, Bro. Branham is preaching here a simplistic Message. And I'm afraid the simplistic things are not what people want. They want something a little more erudite [knowledgeable] and a little more complex. And I think amongst us we have the same problem that people simply do not realize, that adding or taking a word is finished. Now, they think you can play with this Message, and you can't. You've got to be dedicated.

[156] "Let's all unite together," the pope says. "I want all my ecumenical brethren out there to unite with me. We're one." That's right. In organizations you are one. But that has nothing to do with the Bride of Christ, not a thing, Brother. You'll never wash Her in anything like that. Now, it is promised in the last days that the original faith is the same to be restored to the children of God at the time of the Bride Tree. (See, that's the tree planted by the water's, it's coming up and has her fruit in her season, and so on.) God said, "Before the world burns up with fire, behold I send to you Elijah the prophet, and he will restore the faith of the children." Now, that wasn't the first Elijah that come. No, no. Now, we don't teach here Elijah's mantel, Elijah's blankets, and all those things like that. We just teach the Word of God. That's what He said. See, we got all kind of Elijah this and Elijah that, which is nonsense. That's not what I'm talking about. And you that's spiritual minded understand… Now, the promise in the last days...

28. [Now:]

[157] Jesus said in Matthew, I believe, the 11th chapter, or the 6th chapter…No, it's the 11th chapter the 6th verse. When John's disciples came over to see if He really was the One, Jesus said, "Who did you go out to see? A wind-- a reed that's shaken by winds? Did you go out to see such-and-such? Or did you go to see a prophet?" No, "More than a prophet..." John was more than a prophet; he was the messenger of the covenant. And He said, "If you can receive it, this is he which is spoke of by the prophets, 'I'll send My messenger before My face.'"

Now, that's in Malachi 3, not Malachi 4. 'Cause the Elijah that was to come in Malachi 4, the earth was to be burnt with a fervent heat and the righteous walk out in the millennium upon the ashes of the wicked. So it is not that one. See? Now, we see the promise being fulfilled. Christ, the true Headship going in--coming in His Bride, doing the same things He did at the beginning, and making ready, and fulfilling His Word as He did at first in John 14:12: "He that believeth on Me the works that I do shall he do also." (That's not plural, that's this end.) Then the Head and the Body are becoming one in works and in sign and in Life,…

29. Now, that was not previous. You can talk about all the coming of the Holy Spirit you want, when He came in a Pillar of Fire. And it's true, that every little tongue together will make a pillar of fire, but every little tongue together could make a pillar of fire which is true, put the people together don't make any pillar of fire. Only the Pillar of Fire, It's Own Fire, makes the Pillar of Fire. We make a body of people. There's no Elohim of God amongst us, and no Elijah ministry that's coming. that's a lot of hogwash. Now, we'll get caught up like Elijah, but that doesn't make us Elijah. Elijah got caught up like Enoch. But that didn't make him Enoch. So, we've just got to keep our wires straight, because there's too many people still do not understand what we are teaching and that's what the prophet taught. "He is here." God Himself, Elohim. That same Jesus, Jehovah of the Old, Jesus of the New. Speaking in terms of Who that Life is, what It is, which was incarnated.

He promised this in the last days. Now, if you're spiritual you'll catch it. You see, the Bride has no power to be a Word Bride, no way in herself. She's proven though to be a Word Bride. See, God's in her. And she didn't do it either, He did.

30. All right, keep on reading:

[158] Then we can see that the marriage supper is at hand. Now, if I never see you again, remember, the marriage supper is at hand. And then the Kingdom according to the promise is ready to be issued in, the great millennium, the taking up of the Church, the destroying of the wicked, the world under the Sixth Seal to be purified by volcanic measures to take all the corruption and sin of the world, to mold her again, to bring forth a bright new millennium for the ages to come. When we see all these great threefold revelations: God in Christ, Christ in the Church, the Kingdom coming, Adam and Eve redeemed back to the garden of Eden in the representation of Christ, His Bride, then the Kingdom is going to be restored according to His promise. Praise be to God. Now, by the revelation of the threefold mystery by the personal vindicated Word by His original Headship... Not say, "Well, glory to God, we shout; hallelujah, we sing."

[159] I'm a missionary. I've been seven times practically over the world. I've seen heathens, devils, and everything else shout and dance. I've seen all kinds of fleshly manifestations. That's carnal. I'm talking about the Headship of Christ…

Well, that's a difference. These people say, "Well, see, I've got Him. I got this, I got that." "No," he said, "we're not even discussing that."

Notice, being personally identified by the original Headship, we have the answer to the devil's question. Amen. Glory. We have the answer to the devil's question. He, Christ, is risen and has paid the price and raising up the Body. The devil can't stand it.

31. Now, let's get what I'm saying here about what the prophet said. See, the very fact that the issue is up in question that He is here to raise the dead, causes the devil to come against it with all anger and hatred. Bro. Branham said, "The gates of hell is against the revelation that He is here now, and the same yesterday, today and forever."

All right, let's watch what he says:

…we have the answer to the devil's question. (In other words, every questions Satan can ask has no effect anymore.) He, Christ is risen and has paid the price and raising up the Body. And the devil can't stand it. That's the reason these ecumenical kings are setting up. That's the reason they're all coming into what they're doing now. The devil, that's the reason he's howling the way he is. His wickedness... His scheme has been uncovered by the risen resurrected Christ in Headship over His Body.

Now, if His Headship over His Body is not here, how can the scheme be uncovered? Because this is supposed to do it.

32. So, there you are. Now, people think He's not in control. Let me tell you: God is in control over Bride as He's never been before, and He's getting more and more control, because that's absolutely the Scripture.

You think I'm beside myself? I'm not. We've got the devil's answer. "Not me, but there was Christ the living Word in me." (See?) It's not my idea; it's His power. Not my idea; it's His Word. He promised it and here it is. He said it would be here, and here it is. We've got his answer.

[160] Christ is risen and has paid the price for our redemption. What God in Christ manifested, He gave that flesh and Blood, that in the Blood might come the Life, and the flesh be redeemed that God in this redeemed flesh could manifest (like following it through) His Word for the day as He did in that day. You see it?

33. I'm going to read it again:

Christ is risen and has paid the price for our redemption. What God in Christ manifested, He gave that flesh and Blood, that in the Blood might come the Life, and the flesh be redeemed;

He paid the price that redemption is here which is the Resurrection. And that was God in this redeemed flesh could manifest so that God would manifest in the redeemed flesh which He's talking about to bring about a Resurrection. And you've seen it. God in human flesh once more, just before the burning of Sodom.

His Word for the day as He did in that day. (Doing the same thing. Proving it's the same God once more.) Notice it. And we stand justified in the Presence of God and as a drop of ink dropping into a tub...of bleach. You'll never find the stain of the ink in there. It went somewhere. It'll never come back again. And when man is truly redeemed (that predestinated seed that sees it and accepts it), his sins are demolished. It's gone. It's separated. It's dropped into the ink a Blood of Jesus Christ, it's never to be remembered. God forgets it, and he stands as son(s) and daughter(s) of God in the Presence of God.

34. Now, look it: if He's not teaching over here in the Book of 1 Corinthians, then I don't even know the Bible. (As far as I'm concerned, you know, who'd give a rip.) Because, you see, there's got to be a Bible answer. 1 Corinthians 1:7.

(7) So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the (revelation) of (the) Lord Jesus Christ:

(8) Who shall confirm you unto the end, that (you) may be blameless… (Absolutely cannot bring a charge against you. That's in the unveiling.)

Now look, to be unveiled means He's here to be unveiled. You can't have a man unveil a statue, if the statue is over in Timbuktu, which is about as good as any place for statues to be. But, you're talking here in terms of the Living God.

Now remember, the Light is in the West. Everybody said, "Bride, Bride." Well, there's a Bride over in China. There's a Bride in Europe. There's a Bride here. There's a Bride there, but the Light is in the West. Amen? You bet Amen. Makes a difference doesn't it? See, where you're thinking can go haywire if you don't get right in tune with the Word, you're all back in your old creeds and dogmas, you're old theology and your head spins. Look it, put it where it is and put it all together where it is. Can't have one Word out. You can't have one Word misplaced. You can't have one Word misinterpreted. (See?)

35. Now, we are the sons of God, not we will be; we are. Now, we're redeemed. We have Satan's answer. God's has vindicated Himself. God has proved Himself to His promise in this day. Hallelujah. The Headship is here. (How many more times he's got to say it?) Christ, the risen Lord.

"Well, I want to shake His hand." Oh no, that's for the Jews. Now, either you've got William Branham completely cracked up, and as for a seventh grade education he didn't even go to kindergarten, (if this is garbage as some try to make it) now, I'm reading to what he said. I didn't say, "He's coming." He said, "He's here." But, he also said, "He's coming." That's something else that's going to be 'herer' than here.

How would you like to see a whole train full of goodies come by with a hundred and eighty cars all loaded? Every car load's got goodies in it. But, when the fourth box car goes by and unloads there's more to come. And maybe it's all jello-pudding, what's the difference? (You just pardon my sly-digs, don't worry, I'm digging, I'm saying these things on purpose just in case the tape falls in the right hand, the right people. Pray God it does.)

36. Now, we're sons of God. Now will be, we are! "Oh, Bro. Vayle, we're going to be." Oh no, we are. You know why? Because you always were. A sheep that is lost is still a sheep. It is not a hog that gets turned into a sheep. If that's the case, I will then believe in evolution.

Which reminds me: there was this very fine minister in Boston, and anyway this guy is lectured and he was talking (you know) and so this kid with an inordinate hair cut for those days, and in an inordinate manner for those days, which would be very tame for this day, he said, "Look, (he said) Sir, (he said) I really don't know what difference to me it would have been had my grandfather been an ape."

And he said, "Son, (he said) I agree with that perfectly, but sure an awful difference to your grandma." [loud laughter] I like that!

37. Now, we are the sons of God, not we will be; are. Now, we're redeemed. We have Satan's answer. (Which means, the answer to Satan.) God's has vindicated Himself. God has proved Himself and His promise in this day. Hallelujah. The Headship is here (Amen.), Christ, the risen Lord. It's here in the same power of His resurrection that He ever was, manifesting Himself. There's the answer to the devil.

The gates of hell are against it. (I could say something just about now, I'll let you just figure what I was going to say though.)

[161] That's the reason when this man setting here dropped dead the other day… we could say, "Come back, life." (He said, "we could say." Who was saying it, him and the Lord? Sure, It sure wasn't the church.) 'Cause the Holy Spirit said so. That's why He could do to that little baby yonder in Mexico that had been dead for about fifteen hours. When the vision come, He said, "Call her back to life." Said, "Let the little baby live." And the baby that the doctors wrote a statement of death 9 o'clock that morning…11 o'clock at night the baby came back and is living today. What is it? Not them people; the Headship and the Body has become One unit.

38. Now, I realize that all of us would like to be great miracle doers. [Bro. Vayle whistles] It's a miracle we're not in jail, or killed by somebody. It's not a miracle we're not…it's a miracle we're not cast into hell. But, I want you to know so many people are missing the fact that Elijah and God operate together. And that turns the heart.

"Well, Bro. Vayle, I would sooner have this thing turn, like I would have a great ministry for being an non-entity, I would be a great entity before the Word."

I don't think that you better push that too far, because a little smell ain't near as big as a smell that's big. For instance, a mosquito that rots is not half as bad as a horse that rots. Who says I'm going to be big? Now, I'm not kidding you, I kid you not. Where has Oral Roberts gone? I'm not against the man, right back to organization; calling himself a Methodist. Do you know that that guy…you know, he took two steps back? He was already head of the Methodist. How would you like to lose one leg, then lose the other? Well, might as well, lost one toe, I'll just get rid of all toes. Hmm, something's a little bit nuts here, brother/sister. They don't realize it's Elijah that turns the hearts back, not a company of people. It's not you with big ministries. Bro. Branham categorically said, "The big ministries are coming under the prophets, Moses and Elijah." So, you see what we're reading here.

39. Now, the Spirit said, "Come on back."

What was it? Not them people; the Headship and the Body has become One unit. (As Bro. Branham said, "If my hand does it, the body does it.") It's God manifested in His people.

The Pillar of Fire and the prophet. God, prophet; prophet, God. One Word one mind. Now, that's staggering. Don't think for one minute that I'm up here playing a game, because I create laughs and I'm sarcastic, and break tents with you. I'm deadly serious. And I'm deadly serious, because I am absolutely going to be judged on what I'm preaching; one God, one mind, one Word. See, so you don't fiddle with It. You don't make a joke of It. I make no joke of this Word. My barbs are with those who are making the jokes at it. It's God manifest to His people.

That's the reason the husband and wife is no longer twain; they're one.

Now, just a minute, I thought the baptism with the Holy Ghost made you one? It doesn't say that. This is Husband and Wife. It's a different thing. This is not a rebirth. This is not individuals. One person doesn't constitute Bride. But, one person constitutes and can a special work of a Bride that's she's designated to, (or that person designated to in the Bride,) so the prophet and the Bride stand there; and God is with that prophet, he's in the Bride. Now listen: they're no longer twain. Now listen: they're one.

40. God and His Church is One:

Why? Pie in the sky? Something is going to come? Look down the road? No! Here!

The Headship is here. Christ, the risen Lord. [Quotes from 160]

Now, what is it? One!

God and His Church is One: Christ in you, (not individually, Church.) God's great revelation (Glory to God.), even bearing His Name.

Who? Bride! Mrs. Jesus. How you like to be called Mrs. God. You don't think they're going to fall at your feet some day? Now, what are you going to do sitting on the Throne? They're going to jump over your Head? (Yeah) Not that you and I asked for it, anymore than we ask the world to be burned.

The other day I told you, I'm not blood thirsty, but I tell you one thing about it, we can sit around here and say, "Well the world is going burn." And say, "Oh my God, don't let the world burn, Lord, going to burn."

And I say, "Just a minute, would you sooner burn than they?" That's a different story isn't? Sure, it's a different story.

Bro. Branham said concerning anybody, "Hallelujah!" Bro. Branham was the least blood thirsty person I've ever seen in my life. Now, he wasn't chicken, he just wasn't blood thirsty. I am chicken and I am blood thirsty [laughter] to a degree.

God's great revelation (Glory to God.), even bearing His Name. His Name is Jesus, the Anointed. The reason He's called Jesus, is He is Anointed.

Then why is the Bride called that? Because she's been anointed. She's been born again, and now He's here presenting Himself as the Groom. And she knows she's Mrs. Jesus.

41. And it's the Anointed Body of Christ proving, manifested God like that Body did. And that Body redeemed over this--these bodies.

Now listen, let me tell you flat: nobody, but nobody, but Jesus did what Jesus did. Then in the last day, nobody but Jesus, but Jesus does what Jesus does here, not anybody. That's why the sign of the Messiah is so strong. And that's exactly why so many people as soon as Bro. Branham left the scene, got right into discerning. And the discernment falls short, because they make mistakes. They even tell you your dreams and then go down the road with your dreams, and die down the road; because it doesn't happen. It never failed. Why? Because, it wasn't William Branham. He was only the voice for the Voice inaudible. These men are audible voices for the wrong voices. Every voice out there has got to have a transmission. You got…let a spirit loose in this building here. Let a spirit of murder get loose in this building. Until one person takes it on, that spirit is…he's wasting his time. But, you let one person take it on, see what happens. That's what these men are like, these anointed men.

Now, don't tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. I know what I'm talking about. I was well taught by the prophet. We saw this happen up there in Waterloo, Iowa. What a spirit can do in a meeting. Can make God look as though God's got no power. Can make every Word of God look like a lie. Can make every serious thing look like something foolish and silly. (Oh yeah.) Till the prophet even said, "A man full of the Holy Ghost with a genuine ministry (genuine gift) ever used by the devil is the most treacherous thing the church can have. And yet people don't want to put their church in order. Oh, they sooner have everything else. Oh, yes, yes, yes. Then they got the Word? Oh, come on. Oh, listen brother, do pumpkins grow on apple trees, then may I believe God's in the person. Then, even then I doubt it, because stranger things have happened.

42. Now: And it is the anointed Body of Christ proving manifested God like that Body did. And that Body redeemed ever of these bodies. In other words, when that Body was risen from the dead, this body has exactly the same redemption, there's no difference.

What's that Body did here on earth, that Body of Christ is having done in it, and is literally reproducing through the Spirit of God (that's in it) with Elijah the prophet. And It says, as redemption came to him out of the grave, the same body gets glorified.

And through there God works His threefold manifestation. Going to the Kingdom, risen, paid the price, we're redeemed. God's proved it, vindicated. And we stand justified in Christ before Him, because He cannot pass judgment, for He's already judged that Body in which I am a part. What-- how am I a part of it? Here it is; it's in me.

[162] "If My--ye abide in Me and My Word's in you, then what you say... Ask the Father anything in My Name it'll be done," because it's there. Justified... Glory to God. Oh, if I could get the world to see that... Why? There you are. There's the Body of Christ living, standing redeemed--redeemed. Oh my, justified in His sight. Why are we justified? We are His victory. The Church is His victory. We came forth in this last days with this glorious Gospel showing His victory. He died for this purpose,

Every age has a death of Christ accounted to it. Every age manifests the purpose and unfolding of God. Then, what about this age? this is the climax.

We come forth in this last days with this glorious Gospel showing His victory.

Over what? Hell and the grave. Didn't He go down there and preach to souls in prison and rip the doors off and bring up the captive? Well, all right, same thing, when we see Him coming down and living among the Church. That's His victory. That hasn't been going on two thousand years brother/sister. Showed that he couldn't keep them in the grave.

43. Listen, the Seals open Judge. He took what? The Book of redemption. We're at the end-time. It hasn't been going on for two thousand years. It's actually started back in June 11, 1933, if you want to know.

…that's His victory. Shows he couldn't keep Him in the grave, neither can they keep us. And we're already potentially arisen because we've raised from dead unbelief in His Word, (he said, that's a spiritual resurrection) from denominational creeds to the eternal Word of the eternal God which is Himself working through us, manifesting Himself that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

And he said, "Well ask Him to come, He's here." Now, if He's the same One in the flesh as He's in Spirit now, He'll do the same works proving He's the same yesterday, today, and forever." There it is. Look, as Bro. Branham said, "If you'd only believe that I was that prophet," he said, "you'd everyone be healed." What would happen if you really believe this?

44. I'm going to tell you something: we are believing It, but we're not believing It all the way yet. The Latter Rain is only moving on It. It's only really brought It to our attention. We know.

And then the when Word moves on down into the Body from the Head.

[163] What is it? This same word. Nothing can be added or taken from It.

From what? Both Word and Bride. You can't lose one, you can't add one. Will the Bride ever add or take? No way. Why, because what did it come from? The head. See, you were in the thought processes of God. All right.

So that same Word moves from the Head as the day comes close, down the Body, down into the Body vindicating that they are One. They're Husband and Wife. They're flesh of His flesh, Word of His Word, Life of His Life, Spirit of His Spirit. See? Amen. How do you know it? Bears the same record, same fruit, same Word, manifests Christ: same Life, same God, same Spirit, same Word, same Book (Amen!), same signs, "…that I do you'll do also."

Now, who's he talking about? You mean everybody's going to do it? No, everybody's not going to do it. The prophet categorically said, "everybody doesn't pray for the sick." No, they've got their eyes on gifts instead of the Giver. Get to the Giver.

45. Notice the vindicated Word in His Body is His very victory (the vindicated Word in His Body, that's the Bride, His victory,) and the reason of His death.

Did you know God died so that you can have that Word, be a Word body?

See, the death, not in the Spirit... When He died, He only died in flesh; His Spirit went to hell and preached to the souls in prison. Is that right? His flesh only died, then He raised it up again and quickened it ("Quicken," means "made alive."), His flesh, which was His Body" (and that's the Word). It's been laying dead for years, but It gradually began to come in the reformation, and now She's standing up on Her feet. …how I wish I could go back into Ezekiel… (He doesn't though.)

[164] He proves His resurrected Life then after He vindicates Himself. She, the Bride, is independent from all others. She's a independent woman, a great speckled bird that's different from all others. You remember the Bible on that: the great speckled bird…

46. Now:

[165] That's in Christ, the Word. He was the Word; He is the Word. And the Church becomes Word by Him making Her a part of Him, and that's the Word again. (I'll go over that:) He was the Word; He is the Word. And the Church becomes Word by Him making Her a part of Him, and that's the Word again. (She's all Word.) Personally identified by Him, His property alone, His property alone: She is redeemed by Him, through Him, for Him and for Him alone. Then, what is the devil howling about, that is being revealed. We're in a dangerous time. Remember, the Scripture says when these things begin to happen, time is no more; she's fading away. And when we see the manifestation: earthquakes--see them thousand killed the other day?

[166] Earthquakes in divers places; said, fearful sights in the skies--pillars of fire like, floating around like flying saucers. They don't know what it is. See? They don't have any idea. Did you notice the Angels that come down investigated Sodom before Sodom was destroyed? You remember that? There was a bunch of Them come down: three of Them. One of Them stayed with Abraham. You remember that? They were Lights from heaven that came down in the investigating judgment. (That's what we've got going on right now.) Look where they're all found. Around the Pentagon and things they find them. That's the world judgment, Sodom. And there's One represented, will be represented amongst the Church's-- would be Christ Himself vindicating Himself. See? Sights on the-- in heavens above and signs in the earth below. Certainly. Identified...

47. All right, signs from heaven, flying saucers at the same time a mighty revival broke out under Bro. Branham. Nobody had what he had.

Oh, the devil's howling about this. The manifested truth of the answer of the Word in Her alone...

Now see, that's the thing that Bro. Branham said the devil knows nothing about. There's nothing that he can do. There's no way the he can ever be the Holy Ghost. Imitate gifts, yes, yes, yes. But he can never be the Holy Ghost. He can never bring the Bride a revelation. There's nothing that he can do could stop it. And when the revelation comes, every single time the false word is finished. The anathema, or the curse of the ecumenical codified treatise and creeds and dogmas, and word that has been interfered with has an answer. And the destructive power against her, the atomic bomb of God is that declared revealed Word. Every single time, because It has power, It have life. All right, the manifested truth of the answer of the Word in her alone.

48. They don't have the answer. When Jesus come, why didn't those Pharisees...? He said, "If I cast out devils by the finger of God, who do you cast them out by?" He stood alone, and His Church stands alone. She's not hooked (with anything) with nothing. But He was identified by God, being the body that God dwelled in, and the Church is identified by His Body doing the same thing. She is His Body, the manifested Truth of His promised Word for the last days.

[167] And She and She alone stands by it. That's why the devil is howling, these great organizations set up something to close her up. They'll never do it. She'll be taken up, not closed up. …now risen and by the power of the vindicated Word promised to Her. Amen. How a bride holds that promise. "He told me He'd return after me. I believe it." See? Yes, sir. To meet Her Headship, Her Redeemer, Her Husband, Her King, Her Lord, Her Lover, Her Saviour in the provided meeting place...He's got a place to meet them. You know the Bridegroom don't leave anything out. He's got the ring, the identification. He's got the robe that She wears, Her clothing. See? And He's got the provided place to meet Her; that's in the air. Everything has been all provided. He's got the wedding supper already set, guests already invited, already chosen. Oh, the Angels are standing around there at attention.

49. [Now:]

[173] That great Angel of the Covenant, that One Who was with Moses in the wilderness, the One Who come to Paul on the road to Damascus, that same One permitted His picture to be taken with us; the same One that was in the picture in the "Life" magazine the other day, the same Word by the same God, through the same channels, by the same way, by the same promise: "Wherever two or three are gathered in My Name, (there am I) in their midst." Then He's here. The Angels of God are encamped about those who fear Him, that hangs only to His Word.

[174] No man can respect that Word without fearing God.

Now, just a minute, who's name are you in? Jesus, being taken His Name. This is not for those out there who say, "Well, we're in Jesus' Name in the midst. Oh, that can be fine. That's by the baptism if they've got Him, which I doubt it. I can buy an anointing, that's fine by me. But Bro. Branham categorically said, "You don't just say 'In His Name' and that does it." He said, "You got to be in that Name." Oh well, we're not too far off beam. Don't go home yet, just get comfortable. (Hope you're not bored, because this is Bro. Branham's material not mine.)

50. All right, "The Masterpiece." [07-05-64]

[45] Notice. And it started out as the original. As Jesus said, "The Word of God is a Seed that a sower sowed."

Now remember, in the parables He said, "The Son of man sowed." Who was manifested here in the last Age? Son of man. What was He doing? Sowing what? Former Rain all over again. And what happened? The devil came right behind, but it was too late. The Bride got pregnant. It's exactly right.

Notice. …"The Word of God is a Seed that a sower sowed." He was the Sower. The Seed was the Word. And notice. Any seed that abides alone never does nothing. It's got to fall into the ground to bring forth its production again. And this Seed, that perfect Church, fell to the ground at Nicaea, Rome, when she become a denomination.

[47] Though the church in itself at that Nicaea Council of fifteen days of bloody politician debate, when them aristocrats come in and wanted to inject these big dignitaries into the church... And prophets come out of that wilderness there, eating herbs and wrapped in animal skins, genuine prophets, and they throwed them out. Why? The Seed's got to fall into the ground.

It doesn't mean that the bad ones got thrown out, it was the good ones that got thrown out. That's what happened. (See?) Remember, the corn of wheat falls in the ground to die, or it abides alone.

51. All right:

It's got to die. It died in the Dark Ages down beneath the dark dirt. They thought it was gone. You know, St. John 12:24, Jesus said, "Except a corn of wheat falls into the ground, it abides alone." And the first Church was that reproduction, that Bride, that Seed, (now, that's right, she's a Seed) the Word made manifest that fell into the ground at Nicaea, Rome. Listen, church, throughout the nations that'll hear this; there is your dirt; it's denominations.(Did you remember reading that? What's the dirt the church died in, the dirt, denominations.) There's where the Word was crucified and they accepted dogma.

[48] And for hundreds and hundreds of years the Dark Ages the power and manifestation of the Word was hid from the world. Only Catholicism ruled. We all know that, as reading history. Only it ruled. And you can't hide a germitized seed. It's got to come forth. Because why? The Great Sculptor is on the job. He's going to build again, (now, this is the Masterpiece, where the Bride is a Masterpiece,) so He--the Seed went down, the Word. (Bride form. Bride form, see?) When we see St. Paul, Peter, James, John, all those who wrote the Word, and the road they--word they wrote become alive and lived. And It lived. And when we find after it begin to get ripe, John begin to write an epistle. He was throwed on the Isle of Patmos after being burnt in oil for twenty-four hours. But the Word must come forth. It's got to be written. They couldn't boil the Holy Ghost out of him with oil, so he come forth. His work wasn't finished. He died a natural death. Polycarp, which was a disciple of John, carried Word. Polycarp came Irenaeus. Irenaeus was a great man who believed the very same Gospel we believe, "The Word is right," (He really meant, Irenaeus came then Polycarp) the church is trying to squeeze It out. Finally it come to Nicaea, Rome, and there she fell into the ground (after St. Martin), was murdered.

[49] St. Martin believed the same thing we believe. He stood the same thing: the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and baptism in water in Jesus' Name. He stood in the same things we stand, (in fact) he was a prophet, and believed the full Word of God.

52. He could be a five-fold ministry prophet, but he never be a Word prophet like Bro. Branham was. But he had tremendous understanding. Those men back no doubt all had a seed of prophecy in them, Wesley and all of them.

They finally rotted till their bones were gone… The corn of wheat that fell into the ground at the Nicaea Council began to sprout again in Martin Luther, like any corn coming up or wheat. After the seeds rot, the life springs forth. …begin to bring forth in Martin Luther. What did he do the first thing? Reject the denomination of Catholicism, protested that it was wrong; for he said, "The just shall live by faith." What was it? A little weak Life that put up a couple little shoots. That was the Lutherans. It sure don't look like the grain that went in the ground, but the Life is coming out now. Then it went on to a stalk. Then what happened?

[50] In the days of John Wesley, what did he do when he brought out sanctification? He stayed with the Word, and what did it do? The Lutherans had organized made an organization; so it was time for something to happen. The master- piece is being built now. What did he do? What did he do? He protested the Anglican church and came out in the reformation as a tassel. What is it? The seed's coming to Life, growing now. Now, the stalk doesn't look like the seed, neither does the tassel. Now, Pentecostal brethren throughout the nations, I want you to listen, my brother, if this is the last message I'll ever preach. This is my masterpiece.

Do you notice when the wheat's, the corn of wheat that falls into the ground, it begins to form back to its self back to grain again...? Watch nature. Nature exactly is God; God working in nature is all it can be. But from the Pentecostal revival, as they think, was the seed... It wasn't. Now, watch. But something come forth just like the seed. Now, watch what Jesus said in St. Matthew 24:24, that the two spirits at the last days would be so close… it would deceive the elect... Now, that stalk don't look nothing like a seed; neither does the tassel look like a seed. But notice now, not in Luther's day, but in the last day...

53. Now:

[51] The first thing (There's wheat farmers setting here.)--the first thing that comes forth on a wheat seed, you'd almost think it was a seed, but what is it?...

The wheat, after the tassel, came after Wesley, puts forth the husk, which is the foremost like the grain of anything else. (He's looking closer.) The husk is more like the grain--is coming more like the grain all the time, the one that went in the ground. And when it comes forth the stalk, it's got life in it, but it sure isn't the grain.

Now notice, it's got life in it, but it's not the grain. (See?) All right:

Comes forth the tassel, comes the pollen, not the grain. …comes the husk. It's the shape of the wheat, just like grain…but it's not wheat: Just the shape, perfect. Pentecostals come out just like the wheat would. Each one comes out from the other, coming out from the other; but only a carrier. They go to denominate. That's what Pentecost did: went and denominated.

[52] And what did Pentecostal do when it come out just like the grain? It went right back, like in Revelations 17, to one of the sister denominations. … exactly what Jesus said it would do. Now, watch. The Gospel's going to come out through Luther, Wesley into Pentecost. And at the last days it'll deceive the very elected if it's possible:

In other words, you're looking at what is the Gospel, or should be the Gospel. But you're looking at It. And should be Seed, should be Resurrection. And it's the fooler (it's a fooler) that people believe that won't bring a Resurrection. Now, you understand what he's saying?

54. All right:

Now, the grain seed original fell at Nicaea, it was the first denomination. Notice. Here the life that was in the stalk, the tassel, all now ends up in the seed. The life that come out of the original seed, come up through different processes, three different processes, and then turns back till its original condition.

Now notice, the prophet saying as in nature you're going to come to the same thing in the Resurrection. Now:

[53] Watch how perfect the Word is. Three, nature works together. Just prove the resurrection: Rise; the sun setting sun rising; leaf going down, sap into the root, coming back up, leaf comes back…again it falls, comes up, falls to the ground. The life of the tree sucks it right back, calcium, potash, brings up to another leaf. See? All nature, everything works right with the Word of God.…exactly perfectly in the church ages. That's the reason the Holy Ghost came down and drawed these things out and made them the way He has. …exactly.

Notice now: I'm getting to the reading that you really want to follow.

The life that was in the husk, in the stalk, and in the tassel, in the husk, all gathers in the seed. And that life that was in the stalk, went--one went to make the other.

You follow? One went to make the other. What? The life! What was coming up, forming its attributes and showing it was there.

55. Now:

[54] Justification made a way for sanctification. (Now listen carefully:) Sanctification made way for the baptism of the Holy Ghost. (Now listen:) The baptism of the Holy Ghost made a way for the Holy Ghost Itself to come right down in perfection, back to the Word again to manifest Itself.

Now, I challenge any man living to call the prophet a fool. I want him to blaspheme the Word. And I don't give a rip. Now, you may bat you eyes, you bat your eyes. But, I'll tell you, I don't take this to be some little party we're attending. I've seen this perfectly since 1977, and this is the quote I have missed year after year to this hour.

Now, I'm going to read it again. And if you think the prophet made a mistake, that's your privilege. If you think he's some little Kentucky fool, that's your privilege. If you don't realize at this hour that the mind of God and the prophet, and the Word of God and the prophet is one, you're still sitting back in Pentecost.

56. And I'm going to tell you something, I don't care how many people attend this church. And I'm not speaking to you people here that are presently, because more people could come. (Yeah) And they'll go right back where they were after they've been here. And that has nothing to do with Lee Vayle.

There comes a day when you've got to develop a stand, and that stand is like Custer's last stand. You either take the Indians, or, they'll take you. And I'm talking about the devil, I'm not equating to Indians, but I'm just bringing it down, to the social order we've seen already. Of course, Custer didn't have the blueprint we have. So I'm going to read it.

Notice, the life that was in the husk, in the stalk, in the tassle, all gathers in the seed. Because he was talking about the husk being the 'fooler'. And the life that was in the stalk, one went to make the other. From the seed, to the shoot, to the pollen, to the husk , to the seed. Justification made way for sanctification. Sanctification made way for the baptism of the Holy Ghost. (And of course restored gifts.) The baptism of the Holy Ghost made a way for the Holy Ghost Itself to come right down in perfection, back to the Word again to manifest Itself.

Now, there you are. You can do what you want.

But what denominated, dies. Like Life in Luther went to make Wesley. (Had to die.) And from the Wesley went to Pentecost, (that had to die) what goes from Pentecost (us, has to die, that's Pentecost.) …Pentecost comes out of the Wesley at that time. The reason that Pentecost come out of Wesley, was there was no denomination--Pentecost was. Then Pentecost went to denominate. And what did it do? It turned to the husk. It looked like the real thing. How many ever seen a seed--a seed of wheat start to grow? What's the first little thing? It's just exactly like the seed, but it's husk. …three stages? Stalk, tassel, pollen, or husk. Then, out of the husk comes original seed. Not a seed, it was the Life of the seed growing through this comes to a seed.

57. You see, what he's telling you. It's not the seed. You don't plant the plant, and you don't plant the seed that comes, you plant the seed that brings what comes. So, the seed now (see?) is not that seed that went down way back there, it's this seed that came out of it in a multiplied form. We're back to harvest.

I don't know how some farmers do, but I can tell you one thing, I know how the better not do. They better not six bushels of corn to the acre and only get back three. Something mighty wrong. I better not see anybody plant one seed and get one seed back. He's done lost everything. "Well," you say, "he got one seed back." But look, everything else was lost. Jesus didn't go down as one Seed and came back. He's bringing a Bride back. (See?)

58. Okay:

Not a seed, it was the Life of the seed growing through this comes to a seed. Amen, amen. Do you see it? What is it? A resurrection…

So, let me read it this way now.

Justification made way for sanctification. Sanctification mad way for the baptism with the Holy Ghost. The baptism with the Holy Ghost made way for the Holy Ghost Itself to come down in perfection, a Resurrection coming back to a Masterpiece again. Like it went into it.

Well, if He was a Masterpiece and we're just like him, don't tell me we're not Masterpieces. That is pieces of the Master.

Pentecost came out of the Wesley, because Wesley was an organization. Pentecost come out as no organization and then turned to one. (They came out of no organization, then turned one. See?) It had to make the husk.

[55] The true Word of Life on it was on its way then to the original grain through three stages: through stalk, then to pollen; to pollen to husk; from husk to seed. Stalk, tassel, husk. Living, they produced in their early revival a holder of a certain portion of the seed of Life; (They were holders.) but when they organized, the Life moved out. (Certainly, certainly.) That's proved by history. Never an organization ever done a thing after it organized. It was dead. That's right. Watch, the life's traveling on now. It's moving. Notice. What they have done, all these have done, is proved by history just exactly the way the church has come, never to be useful to Him again.

59. Never to be useful again. Burn it. Now, I know that sounds tough. But, you're forgetting one thing, there's a little thing called 'serpent seed' that never had a part. It's a hybrid. So, don't get your feelings all in the wrong place.

Organization is laid on the shelf. (Never used by God again.) There never has been in all the history of church after it organized, but what it died. And the organization died and never did raise again. Can't you see it? Men who are blind, open your eyes. Nature and the Word coordinating together and proving it right here that this is the Truth, that it is the Truth: That Life leaves the stalk to make the tassel; from the tassel makes the husk; and from the husk it goes into the original again. Notice, never again to be useful to Him. How noticeable this life is in its travel in the corn of wheat than it is in the tree. God called His people like a tree. See?

[56] The life goes down in a tree and comes back up again, goes down comes up. See? It goes down and comes back again. But in the corn of wheat it goes up from the original stalk through the silk, and tassel, and husk; and the thing that it passed through dies so it can't get back through again.

And the tree goes up and down, up and down. What it was, what it came up, goes down, but not this. You know plants, they don't do that. Wheat doesn't. Corn doesn't. Oats doesn't. Rye doesn't. Flax doesn't. No sir. No sir, goes up and dies. You can see the yellow at the very base in a little while. When that stem of wheat is up there and you see that chaff begin to form, you look down they have that much pure yellow straw; hard as a brick almost. Moisture still coming up through capillaries. Then watch the green goes, goes, goes, until suddenly it begins to form like a gold. Life is all gone. The farmer's still got to wait, because it's too green to cut.

60. Okay:

What is it? It's no use any more. It goes on to perfection. Amen. Don't you see why we never used an organization?

You see, once it runs out you go to the resurrection. So, death isn't such a bad thing. If it's going to take all this out here to die to get us there, and that's God's plan, are we nicer than God? Oh, I'm twice as nice as God. Didn't you ever figure that out? [laughter] You guys just ain't with it. Why, I've been telling you about people who out God, God, out Word the Word, out Jesus, Jesus, out prophet the prophet. (Phooey) Oh listen, that's a counterfeit somewhere brother/sister. Not just a counterfeit, it's counter-head and counter-arms. The whole thing has gone into a mess.

…He never used an organization? He can't get back in it again. It's dead.

Christ died, never to die again. Then it is Life, Life's in us, is He going to go back to death? Come on, that's how you crucify every single age. Thy to throw Him back in these organization of creeds and dogmas.

But the Life passes on from one to the other. See? They put creeds and inject...(inject death I think he was going to say.) "Whosoever shall add one word or take one word out..." See? He's blocked off from it. It must be the Life seed traveling on. (The Life of the seed traveling on, see?) I'm using this in a parable now of the Bride, a Masterpiece that's coming forth. As a Masterpiece fell; there's a Masterpiece rising. The Masterpiece fell at Nicaea, (see, like Christ fell, see, the cross fell at Rome. After Nicaea, Rome, She's come through a process; but She's coming right back again to that Masterpiece, perfected, 'cause She's a part of that Word that was spoken by Him. He'll have a Church without spot or wrinkle. (Now, He said so.) It'll not be connected any way with any kind of an organization or denomination (the cursed thing). It's passed through those such things, but it'll never be there. (See, it passes through, but it won't stay.)

61. Notice.

[57] The seed is coming up. The Life (which is the resurrection, see?) is coming up, not going back. There'll be no more resurrection after this. (That's first resurrection, see, unto Life. See, one's unto Life, others unto life and death. You got to wait and see.) The Life is going on to go to its perfection, a resurrection. (See?)

Notice what he said perfection is. "Up here the Holy Spirit, Life Itself come to resurrection." He's right here to raise the dead. I know that. I know that, I'm not going to take that back for nothing. (See?) The devil sure would like to make you do it. That's the first place to back-slide is to take something back that's real. If you want to take anything back, take back the earth and burn and burn 'em. Have a real witch hunt. Get rid of the errors. I don't mean people, I mean our errors in our own lives.

62. Notice, the husk puts the original seed out of itself. (In other words, that came from original seed.) In Revelations the 3rd chapter we find this. (Now, He gets put out.) Now remember, no other church was He put out of in the Bible, of the Seven Ages. How many remembers it? He passed through the church age to go on to make something else. But this is it. There's nothing else. But the Sculptor has got back to perfection again, the Word. See? Don't go back. How different it is. Yes. Now notice. Then the husk when it comes forth looks just like the grain. (See, the fooler.) But when the grain Life begins to leave the husk to go in to make the Grain (the Bride), the husk opens up and excommunicates the Grain. (Out!) [laughter]

You know something? Get out before they throw you out. [laughter] It's so much nicer, you don't bounce several times. It's so much nicer to walk out than get thrown out. I did that once in a Baptist seminary. I was there about six weeks and I knew the axe was about to fall, and I got away before it fell. Not before the damage was done though, we took a lot of people out of there, so to speak. I don't know why I took them in, merciful heavens, doing God a service apart from His will, you end up with the hogs and the swills. Put it that way.

[58] In Revelation 3 we find out the Laodicea church age put Him out. Now, see, it didn't back in the other ages, because there was something else yet to be made. (He wasn't standing in full view, you see.) It just passed through and went on to another. I told you all along, there's no more denominations coming. We're at the end. And they put Him out, Why? Because, He's the Word again. He's like the one that fell down there. He's the same doctrine that come forth from the beginning. And when the seed Word begins to grow forth, the husk puts It from itself. (Now, that's Bride.) The Life leaves all the others to follow it; that's the true believers; they follow the Life, wherever the Life goes.

63. You get the Church Ages better now? I hope you understand better.

Like in Israel, a perfect type… But in the perfect type in the beginning, everywhere that Pillar of Fire went was Life; God was that Light. And I don't care if it was midnight or whether they was in a good selected place, when that Pillar of Fire moved, the trumpet sounded and Israel moved with It. Hallelujah. When the trumpet sounded, Martin Luther moved out with it. But he organized... Killed... Not he himself, but the men after him. Then God took the Life out of that, brought It on, laid It down in the grave. Then came Wesley. He saw that big organization, sounded a trumpet of sanctification, more of the Word. See? When he did, out they moved, right out of Luther right into Methodist.

[59] Pentecost saw it, sounded a trumpet. It's time for the return of the gifts. See what they did? Sounded a trumpet, out they come; organized. But remember, after the husk (three stages) nothing else left but the Grain.

They say, "Bro. Branham, where do you get that stuff of three great moves?" History! "Well," you say, "how can you place it?" Nature! "Well, what about nature?" God! God always moves in threes. Perfection in sevens. Conclusion. Seven Church Age. Time the Seven Church Age comes, you've had three moves to restore. He had three moves to take her down. One to put her in the grave, three moves to take he up, then up again.

64. All right, nothing but the grain.

Oh, God. And then the Grain is put out of all of it. Amen and amen. Seed, Word begins to form itself, Life is brought forth out of it. Now notice. If the Bridegroom, the beginning, the first Bridegroom... This is the Bride coming forth. Remember, the Church begin(s) at Pentecost, fell at Nicaea. It sprouted, not like the real grain, no; it was the Life in there… And it pulled through that organization.

Now, let me read a little bit in here that I left out, then we'll get it here.

[59] It sprouted, not like the real grain, no; it was some of the Life in there, but it sprouted in order to make an organization.

See, you got to have a carrier. There again people don't understand what the prophet brought it. You got to have a carrier. This is where they don't understand election, predestination, and they don't want it. How are you going to have a fire of chaff if there's no chaff to burn? Now, what is the chaff? It was formerly there with the grain came out of. It was a church. It was a light. There had to be organization. (See?) Sheep from goats. Foolish, wise. Wicked, righteous. So on, there had to be.

And it pulled through that organization. And then what did it do? Then it went, from that organization it went into another organization, to another stage of the Word: justification, sanctification, baptism of the Holy Ghost. See? And as it went through this stalk and process, it kept coming on more. (See, more, and more, and more, and more to where the hand becomes one with the shadow.) Remember, the little pollen is more--the tassel is more like the seed than the stalk is. And the husk is more like the seed than the tassel. But the seed itself is beyond that. It just used that for transportation to take itself through.

How many of you folk think you're going to take your car to heaven? Transportation. See, without stopping... if you don't understand what the prophet is saying, you end up completely 'psst'. Just be real simple, real humble, and just take it the way the prophet took it.

65. Notice. The Bride...

[60] If the Bridegroom in the beginning was the Word-- then, if the Bride is taken from the Bridegroom, She or It is the Word also. (Got to be.)

Now, look it, if you take a calf from a cow, what in the world is the calf? It's a cow. You don't get peanuts off of brambles, and you do not get bulls out of possums. You're going to get something out of a Word, it's got to be Word. Because remember, everything in the original comes right on down. I don't care if you hybridize and fool with it, there's still original strain of life. You can take any hybrid rose you want and you let that thing go, it'll go right back. It was proven when Galapagos [Islands] when Darwin was there with the pigeons. They all turned back slate. I don't care how pretty they were, they went back slate. Original strain. He tried to prove evolution. No way, proved original seed. That's all it did. You can fool with a lot of things.

Isn't is nice that things run in continuity somewhere, somehow. Mustn't feel like it, but oh man, it's good to know it is. (We're going to get out of here, folk, bless God. And not the sooner the quicker, the sooner the better.)

66. Notice… Why must the Bridegroom be the Word manifested, made plain? It's because the Bride and the Bridegroom are One; She's just a smitten piece off of Him. There's your Masterpiece… Michelangelo could not reproduce that again;

He's talking about the time he hit [the statue] Moses and he cried "speak," because it was so life like. Bro. Branham talked about the masterpiece had to be stricken in order to bring forth life. (See?) Okay:

Michelangelo could not reproduce that again; …put it back. God's going to do it. He's going to bring this little Bride that's smitten right back to the side of the original Word. (Original Word, God, Christ) And there It is; there's the Masterpiece, the family back again in Eden. How is He going to do this? How is this Wheat going to do this? Malachi 4 said in the last days it would be restored again.

Now, here is where the prophet sticks his neck out. But, he's vindicated. How could a prophet come along and say, "This is it," if he hasn't got some vindication? God stood there by Moses, and He said to Moses, "I am that I am." [Ex 3:14]

And Moses said, "Well, that's great." He said, "Boy, (he said) I'm supposed to down to Egypt and tell the boys that?"

And they’ll say, "How do we know you saw a Pillar of Fire? What gives you the right to say that this is this?"

So, God said, "I'll tell you, you're on the spot. I put you on the spot, now I'll put them on the spot. I'll give you some signs to take down there."

So, he took the signs down there and they looked them over and they said, "Well, these aren't dollar signs. [laughter] So I don't know if we'll take them or not."

67. Oh yes, brother/sister. Oh yes, Bro. Branham didn't have the dollar signs, that's why the church didn't want him. "Oh, our pensions will go. This will go, and that will go."

I got a better sign, hallelujah. Sign of the working of the Holy Ghost, they can have their dollar signs. He's always taken care of me. I didn't think He did. He didn't give me all I wanted until recently, then I was ashamed of myself. Well, in a certain way I don't have everything I want, but you know what I mean. We got …?... Laodicea …?... Phooey on Laodicea. Burn her.

I'm not angry at anybody. I'm more angry at myself than anybody, I want to get out of here. If it takes the smoke go up the chimney. Yeah, a little fire makes things move up. [laughter] Praise God. You want to get the soot out of your chimney and out of your fire, light a red hot fire. [makes a whistling sound] Man, she'll go right now. The chimney might go with it. [laughter] And we get a new one for the church. Everything works together for good Lloyd. See, ours didn't burn down did it? Got a nice chimney Lloyd.

68. All right,

How is this Bride going to do it? How is the Wheat going to do It? Malachi 4 in the last days it would be restored back. What? Restore it back like the beginning, take it back. "I will restore, saith the Lord, all the years the palmerworm, and cankerworm, and all these other things has eaten. I will restore again." Malachi said He will restore the hearts of the people, and the faith of the people back to the original fathers. See? We see this right before us, Church. Where are we at?

Now, the prophet said so. Okay, William Branham tell me how? He said, "You ever see It fail?"

"Well, no." There's your answer.

"Well, I don't know if bishop So and So said that. Off with his head." (Alice in Wonderland tactics.) That's what the way they treat you. You're called a false prophet.

How can you call a man William Branham a false prophet, never made a mistake? How can you say that, never to heaven? If you didn't repent. I don't want to take away grace from anybody. I'm going to tell you: amazing grace is not so amazing, it can blaspheme the Holy Ghost. No way, shape or form. If you got amazing grace you won't blaspheme.

69. [Now:]

[61] I want you to notice close of something just happened. Malachi 4 is to bring back, back to the original. She is smitten from the church, from the church body, smitten for her Master for the same purpose (She's the Word.), the same as Joseph was smitten from his brethren, because he was the Word. And Jesus was smitten from His brethren, because He was the Word. The church is smitten--the Bride smitten from the church, because She is the Word. There's your stages again: one, two, three. …exactly.

Remember, Bro. Branham said, "Hewed out by a prophet." The Bride is hewed out. And a soon as she's hewed out by the Word of the prophet the church says, "phfft", can't stand it. No sir.

The Word, living and in action, the Bible Bride, not some manmade Bride, the Bible Bride, smitten and afflicted of God, no beauty we should desire Her, (the big church, the do) but yet we did esteem Her, smitten (of God and afflicted). That's right. She stands alone. She's smitten from all of the denominations according to Revelations 3. She's smitten out of the Laodicean church age that She was raised up in. (Sure, when they put Him out, they put her out.) This church was raised up in the Laodicean age. That's the husk. But if them others went... Can't you Pentecostal men see that? If that other was husk and died, if that other husk that had to die, if the tassel had to die, so must the husk has to die; three stages…

See, Luther, Wesley, Pentecost. Then comes Life. Can't have life without death. (See?) Now, you can't be charitable where God is not charitable.

70. …remember...

[62] You said, "Well now, there's a lot of tassels hanging on; there's a lot of this." Yeah. There's lot of Methodist, Baptist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Church of Christ, all these other little things that fell on to it, leaves and everything else was hung on to it; but the original was the reformations. Stand alone, like the Bridegroom, rejected of men, despised and rejected of the churches. The Bride stands that way. What is it? It's His Masterpiece. See? It's the Word that He can work through, and make perfect-- rejected. (Ah ha, getting close to home isn't?) So the stalk, the tassel, and husk never become Seed (No.), but are all the time becoming more like the Seed.

How? (I'll get that answer on paragraph on this page here.) But I can tell you, they've taken the ecumenical move and they got to the charismatic's, and now you've got your two spirits doing the same things so close alike, except for one thing, called 'the Word'. (See?) I keep telling you that's where the Thunder Message boys lost their track. Mr Coleman didn't say, “It's the Word.”

He said, "It's the Word plus." And that's the first lie. It's just 'Word'. Because, they can do every single thing else. But, that's one thing Satan cannot be, is the Holy Ghost. He cannot be that Word. No sir. He can fumble around, but he ain't going to do it.

71. Now:

… becoming more like the Seed. Now, at the harvest time the Seed is back to its original Life, back to the Bible.

See, what he's saying here, "as the death part comes up." See, you have the stalk die. Right? You had the tassel die. Right? You have the husk die.

Now, as that thing, the Life was coming up, is approaching Him and coming into the resurrection, more and more like Him, the other also, because it was a carrier, is coming more and more, that's why the husk is so almost like it. That's why you see the foolish virgin today, and the Charismatic movement. That's why the pope will speak in tongues. They say, "Wonderful, we need it." And they do, I got nothing against the speaking in tongues. I don't mind anybody having an anointing. They're better people for it. In the sense at least they're not (you know) they're trying to murder somebody. But, the corruption is horrible though, because see, it destroys the soul.

Now, I'm not trying to defend them, I'm just saying, "Look, I would much sooner see a person go to church, then go to a beer parlor." That's what Bro. Branham said. (See?) They don't go there to become bad people, they try to be good people. But remember, Cain killed his brother. (I'm going to preach on that sometime. I've got some good thinking, when I get thinking. I haven't got a thought yet. The Lord hasn't helped me yet.)

72. All right:

Now, at the harvest time the Seed is back to its original Life, back to the Bible. Malachi 4 said it would be brought that way. Must have all... To be this way it must have all of the Word. Is that right? (Sure, because He was the Word.) Now, what did He say in Revelations 10, what take place? Why was the trip to Tucson? To open the Church... (Now, he didn't mean not to open a church, see?) In the days of the messenger of the seventh angel (the seventh angel Messenger) the whole Word of God would be made manifest. The seal that what all the stalk has left out, and why, and all about it, would be made manifest in that time.

Sure, the stalk couldn't produce it. It was waiting to get produced in the Seed. That's where perfection comes. Something had to be left off. (See?) That's where your name gets out of the Book. Starting adding on, you get the plagues. We're up to the day of Tribulation.

73. Now:

The seal that what all the stalk has left off, and why, and all about it, would be made manifest. Is that what the Word said? Then we see it. Then where are we at? See? Where are we at?

[63] There's only one thing. The harvest is here. She's dead ripe. She's ready now for the coming. (What coming? Physical.) Notice. No, it'll never be it. At the harvest time the Seed is back to its original condition, and must have all of the Word in order to be the Seed. (Because, He was a Seed. He was a Light, He was the Word.) And you can't have a half of seed; it won't grow. It's got to be the whole Seed. It's got to not manifest, say, "I believe in baptism of the Holy Ghost. Hallelujah, speaking in tongues." Now, that's just part of the Seed. But now, there's added to that (Hallelujah. See?) the Life, not the gifts, the Life of the gifts. (See, that's why it was so close. Now, what do I mean?) See what I mean? We're at the end brethren.

Now, you see, that goes back to explain what I said over here, the stalk, tassel, husk never become Seed, but all the time becoming more like It. Because when you see the manifestation, you say, "That in itself is the life." No! It's a manifestation. Gifts are merely derivatives. They're gifts. Love and these things also, but not the real.

74. All right, now:

Silk, tassel, husk is dead and dried. …only one thing to happen to it, it's to be gathered in the World Council of Churches for burning. (That's the dead part.) The Word has become flesh, exactly like He promised in Luke 17, (Matthew) and Malachi 4…

Notice, how the Word became flesh. Prophet. A prophet, that was the beginning. Reflection, the prophet is the reflector, and the reflection going to the Wheat ripens It. Won't fall on the husk, don't worry. But, it'll ripen at the same time, but won't do any good. Sucks the life out of it. (Yep!)

God does not leave His Life right there in the back. He sucks It right next. And sucks It next. And sucks It next. Where's this Life going to go? Up! Sucked up in the great vacuum of God. Right to the place He's promised, He made for us.

75. Now, the Word has become flesh.

[64] All true Life that was in the stalk, tassel, husk is now gathering in the Seed, ready for the resurrection, (What's left? Dirt.) ready for harvest. Alpha has become Omega.

Now, what is he talking about? Bride! (Yep!) Talking about Bride. That's what this masterpiece is about. Not the Masterpiece Christ, we're on to the Bride masterpiece.

The first become last; and the last is the first. The Seed that went in has come through a process and become the Seed again. The seed that fell in the garden of Eden and died there, come back from that imperfect seed that died there, came back to the perfect Seed--the Second Adam. (See?) The first Eve that fell, was used in the second reformation--second coming, as bringing forth a child, now has become true Word Bride again, the Seed, right back with the original Word again. The Alpha and Omega is the same.

Now, listen carefully what I've told you before:

He said, "I am Alpha and Omega." He never say anything between, "I'm Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last." That's it. The first ministry and the last ministry is the same. The first Message and the last Message is the same thing.

[65] "I was Alpha; I'm Omega.”

76. He said, "I got a few minutes to tell you something." And I'm just going to tell it, because I don't want to take the time. This is the vision of the Bride. You know, he hears the music and he sees a beautiful Bride come. Ages: one, two, three, four, five, six, up to seven. Then he sees the American rock and roll witch, who was a hula skirt dancer. Filthy, filthy as can be. You couldn't describe her to be such a wretched person. And then as he was despondent, and he bowed his head a voice said, "Wait, the Bride must come again."

And I noticed them coming by, dressed very neat and so on. Now listen:

[74] Did you notice the Bride comes in view twice? The first Seed and the second Seed, both of them exactly the same one.

[75] That's the reason they're dressed in different parts, she'll come from all nations; it'll make up a Bride. Each one had long hair no makeup, real pretty girls. …they were watching me. …represented the Bride coming out of all nations. Each one represented a nation, and each one marching… Now, they were passing me… I was watching…

But notice: the church only came in view once. She's not Alpha and Omega. She's sprung up between the Alpha and Omega, she's a hybrid. So, she's gone. Never come back. No organization did, this will not come back. It's going to go down. But you see, the Bride was there as Alpha. Just like Jesus. So, there's no way the Bride is going to miss it. There's no way.

77. Now:

[76] …The others appeared no more. They went out never to come back. But the Bride came back, because She was Alpha and Omega. ( Why? Because He is, and she's part of Him.) God, the Great Sculptor, has made Him a Masterpiece, for It is a piece of His first Masterpiece. Like He made in the garden of Eden took a piece from and made another piece, that was marred and fell; now He's been all this time building it up again. And He brought forth this Masterpiece, and it was smitten in order--that part that was smitten was in order to bring back again that Masterpiece.

In other words, as he told us, he said, "The Bride must also suffer the way Christ suffered, (and the Scripture says so, there's a suffering left over) and she's smitten, and she must come back. There you see the perfect picture.

[77] So the Masterpiece and the Son of God--the Masterpiece in the Bride... It's a piece of Him, that which must be the fulfilling of the Word. The Word has been fulfilled…

All right, then what is it? It's to the Millennium. Christ and His Bride back to the Millennium. (Okay, that takes care of this. I've got two little portions to read here, and we'll pretty soon let you go.)

78. This is from Jeffersonville. This is: "Doing God a Service Without His Will." [07-18-65]

[66] …“But I'm not Him, He's standing among you. His shoes, I'm not worthy to loosen. When He comes, makes Himself known..." And today He's standing among us in the Person of the Holy Ghost, manifesting Himself more and more, coming into His church, making Himself known; because the Bride, and the Groom, will be the Same, making Himself known. And one day you'll see that the One that you felt in your heart and see His identification, (you see, you didn't before, you see it now) will become personalized to you. Then you and He are One. (You got two oneness' there, now watch:) You've united back by the Word, and the Word was in the beginning will go back to the beginning which is God. "And that day you'll know that I'm in the Father, the Father in Me, I in you…

Now, Bro. Branham said, "That happens three times: once at Pentecost, it happens in this hour, and at the White Throne." Three times at least. This is our hour. We are one with Him. Because you see, He has one mind and is one with God. And when we have that Word and one mind, we one with Him.

Now look: If A is here, and B is here and C is here; and C is equal to B, and A is equal to C. A, C, and B are all equal. Because, that's what it is. And as soon as that Bride reflects back that Word, she begins getting changed in His image.

79. Okay:

[67] I'm so glad to see Him personifying Himself right among us and see what He promised for the Word, not what somebody's emotions, singing, and jumping, and dancing, but by His Word…making Himself…

The Word and the Evening Message must come, bring evening results. The Evening Message must sow evening seed. Not morning seed, 'Evening Seed'. What does the life come to? Evening, not morning. But, it's the same life. And it was the same little seed went in, makes multiplied seeds here. So, what are you going to have at the end time? You're going to have exactly what you had at the beginning. You're going to have a God that was exactly the same to start a Bride. You're going to have the exact same starter Bride exactly at the end.

Okay, one more bit of reading here:

[85] Notice Malachi 4, Revelations 10, Seven Seals. Didn't the Bible say... Now, watch. There was a Angel, a Messenger from above, and a earthly messenger. (Now listen:) And each messenger was for the age of the church. He said, "In the days (speaking now) there came a Angel (messenger,) came down from heaven, and He put His foot on the land and sea, and swore by Him that lives forever that time shall be no more." Is that right? A rainbow around His head, and all these things just taking place. And the Angel was Christ. Certainly. But what did He say? "But in the days of the seventh angel, the seventh church messenger..."

80. Now, you can see where we are. 1 Thessalonians 4, 1 Corinthians 15, Ephesians 1. Now, let's be careful, it's not that Christ is not always the Head of the body. But, let's face it, until now there hasn't been a body. Only a part.

So, He comes down at the end hour when there's nothing left, except the final formation of the Bride in Church Age Seven. And there He is amongst her in the final formation, ready for the complete Headship. He is already Head, waiting for the final step of maturation, and when that happens the dead come out of the ground. We are changed and Christ is the Head of that body. And that same Christ takes us up and incarnates Himself and now the body has a physical Lord Jesus Christ as Head.

But you see, He's here and He's doing it all. He always was Savior, but, until somebody needed saving. Where was it? He always was a healer, but until somebody needed healing. Where was it? He always was a Shepherd, but until there were sheep, where was it? So you see what you're looking at, you're not looking as though He hasn't been here. But, you're looking at the fact he hasn't been here as He is to this day for two thousand years. In fact, put it more, put it four thousand years. Because, even though it's the same Pillar of Fire that brought the Word to Paul is now here interpreting. It's the same Pillar of Fire that's taking us into the Millennium which Paul could not do except in the potential.

81. So, I just say, grace, mercy and peace be multiplied unto you. You aren't going to miss out anything. There's no way that God is going to let anybody down. Because, God is not about to let Himself down. Now, if He lets Himself down it won't be hard to realize He'll let a part down. And we're a part of Him. But, He said, "He'll never let us down." He didn't even talk about Himself. He just gave assurance to you and me. and then He made the way to do it. And now that same One back there, that brought the Word is here bringing the hearts back in order to have a Seed Bride exactly like Him bearing His Name. His credentials, His characteristic, and He's going to perform that work. And brother/sister, I say with Bro. Branham, "If we're not Bride, just rest assured there's a Bride out there somewhere. And by the grace of God I'll not stand in her way."

And may I have grace ever in my heart to be a John, who said, "I am not the Bridegroom, I'm a friend of the Bridegroom. And the friend of the Bridegroom rejoices to see the Bridegroom."

I want to be at least one who rejoices. But, I want to tell the truth and tell it ever right down the way no matter what it costs. I believe He is here. I have no doubt at all from the prophet's teaching. From the Word of God, from the manifestation that He has descended and put Himself at the Head of this Church. The remainder of that Bride which will soon be one Bride upon on the earth. He is in the midst of her, and He will soon raise the dead, when the Shout is finished. Let's rise to be dismissed. Let's pray:

Heavenly Father, pray may grace, mercy and peace rest and abide upon us. May the love of Almighty God fill our hearts from the moment on, until the sweet Spirit permeates and elevates us finally into the very glory of glories. Let nobody leave this building, Lord, in any spirit of depression, but rather now from optimism, from negativity to positivity. For we have come all the way from the dirt into the sunshine to be ripened and matured, caught in the harvester of God. Great wonderful resurrection and changing, and caught up to a Rapture.

We just love You, Lord, and we know… we only love You only because You loved us first, and manifested and brought us to this place. So, grace, mercy and peace, the love of God rest and abide upon us from this hour and forever more, in the Name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
