Father,

again we come to you this morning in the Lord Jesus Christ, knowing that as long as we have the Lord, we have all things. For the promise of God, are ye and amen in Christ Jesus, not at all outside of him, nor are they descendants on any force or factor outside of him, nor are they any force or factor. Are ye and amen, and we have got faith this morning to apprehend the peace of God which hath been made available to us. magnify your great name. Particularly at this time do we ask you to be in our midst by your spirit revealing unto us your words. May every thought, O God, be of thee and every word to express it. Let there not be the thought of man to enter in as though he had any axe to grind, as though he had any word to preach,

or if he had any judgment to make, a judgment that is committed unto thee. Please give us that unreserved instance of your hand, believing every thought will be bound to catch it in every spirit under control of the spirit. Be

able to come to pass even as we have prayed in our own. be relevant, but it must come to pass.

Amen. I want to read this morning from the 6th chapter of Hebrews, verses 16 to 18, and this message is, in a sense, a continuation of last night concerning faith and the mind, because this is now concerning faith and confession, what confession has to do in the outworking of our faith, that

I'm using as a text will not be understood until I come back to them later.

swear by the greater, confirmation is to them an end of all strife. It is remarkable that

it says that of confirmation, end of all strife. In other words, when the people of this day, man give his word, understand

that here in America, because man's word is no good. The modern system of laws in America, even though our legislature does pass certain laws, I find the president can deal with them, but very effective because the judiciary now legislates for us.

There's no good in America as far as our Constitution is concerned. There's no good anyway in religion because the Catholics have a right to say anything they said to a Protestant because it's only good business. And the Jews have an oath of revocation in which they can revoke any oath they made so they can make you an oath and revoke it with the blessing of their rabbis and their religion. Protestants, our word is no good either. I like the devil, and when we should tell the truth like God, make promises to our kids never, but we threaten and we do that either. Often we don't expect anything to come of it. When it comes to the word of God, how can we have an exalted opinion of it? Or

anybody else's word. Consequently, we simply have a terrible job taking what God says. Is that it? How can you? We

are so completely foreign to anybody's word, and the fact is we can't even accept people's word because they don't mean it. And now we turn around and say, I believe God meant what he said and I accept it. I wish it were just that easy. That's the way it should be. Here's an end of all strife. If it's an end of all strife, then what? What comes after strife or strife ends? Because

God said so. And you see, it's

impossible for

a common man. You can't even take the paper written on a naked work because you don't read the fine print. You can't even make a will out of it. But what the law courts have another say upon that. You don't even have your own mind. Somebody's got to say that's not what he means.

Now

God,

though, doesn't look at it that way.

God is his word.

Confirmation ending all strife, giving peace now to our heart. Me

to show unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel. Confirmed it by an oath. God said, here's my word. I've given it. I mean it. Don't you ever worry about it. It's

from your own study that the only earth

-power man brings,

they cannot reason. Who

functions in the realm of reasoning and speaks off

of the mind, speaks of God and the destroyers of faith, unless that mind, viewed by disciplined thinking, is thinking with pattern on the word of God. I

mean, talk without thinking. It's

true. Enough

before he talks. Think before you talk. Even as every action, voluntary and involuntary, finds its root in the mind, every word finds its root in the mind. It

says, The heart of the righteous studies to answer. The

heart of the wicked powers out evil things. He lets us know the words

of man, for

he talks directly

with faith. In

verse 16, which I read, For men barely swear by the greater. For confirmation is to demonstrate, swearing God abundantly. Unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel confirmed it by his oath. The scripture says that God never took counsel with anybody.

Omniscient, you cannot add one thought to God. Take one thought from him. I

pressed you this morning with that thought. If God is omniscient, then it means that he is all wise and God during these countless ages, he says, has not added to his own mind one thing. single solitary thought. He cannot if he is omniscient. If he is simply a great mind and one day may become omniscient, then that is something else. But the scripture declares that God is omniscient in all things. And it is absolutely staggering, but absolutely correct. Brother Graham said he knew every flea on every plant, and how many times that flea would bat its eye. That's

what I'm driving at. God took counsel with no man.

were already in him. Thoughts were already existent. Those

thoughts simply remained thoughts until he spoke them. For

those thoughts were not confirmed until he told them. The word

of God in the mind of God was merely a counsel, a confirmed word he spoke them to Abraham.

It constitutes a law of spiritual psychology in the realms of faith. If you don't want to confirm your thinking, don't say it.

If you want to confirm it, express

it. If

you have faith thoughts and want to confirm them, say it.

Confirm as long as it is only a counsel of God's thoughts. When

it was over, you

begin to see faith and confession according to Corinthians, the second book, chapter 4 and verse 13. Having the same spirit of faith. as it is written, and thus and

therefore have I spoken. We also believe and therefore speak. Here the faith and confession go hand in hand. You cannot have one without the other.

Implement the one without the other. At this moment attempt to take the scripture that says hast thou faith, have it to thyself. I'm not referring to that whatsoever. The

measure of the faith of God is the talking faith.

That's what scripture says. Now, the word of God itself is very explicit on what the man says concerning the faith of God. But in order to emphasize it and to make it clear, even as I might want to, let me

turn around and give you a question.

God to teach how they should talk in this law of faith, how

they are not to talk. Turn to Romans, the 10th chapter, and in verses 6 to 11.

This is a faith translation. Faith,

righteousness, speaketh.

This faith that I don't care what it is may talk.

Speaketh on this life, telleth, say not in thine heart. Shall ascend into heaven, that is to bring Christ down above. Or who shall descend into the deep, that is to bring up Christ from the dead. Is

nigh thee even in thy mouth and in thy heart. It's got to be in your mouth to get down here.

word of faith. The word of God.

...with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. The heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. In other words, that gift which is resident in you accomplisheth as you speak with your mouth.

God's faith never asks...

...the gift of God has revealed in my heart today. We must begin to send the $1 ,000 to the forum

of your class and what should be your reaction.

It can be done. Don't ask questions. You kill your faith by asking questions. You

get God down. Now we got him down and killed him. How is he going to raise God now that we killed God?

Questions. Your

condition. Believe

in the power God will give you. What's

wrong with God says he'll do it. You

give your son about that with tissues out of your own mouth. How are you going to do that?

Question number two, whence does he have these mighty words? Question number three, is not this the Calvinism? Four, is not this his mother called Mary? Five, is not his brethren James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas? Six, and were not his sister with us? Let's be happy all these things. And they lost all of their faith and they got offended and turned away from God. And that's what you and I do when we begin to question God how he does things instead of just simply saying what God said about it. Oh,

God, what is this? Yes, Lord, what's the reason? Oh, God, what's the reason? Why can't it happen to somebody? Why doesn't it happen to somebody? Oh, shut up.

That's the sacrifice of food. Have

to with you and me. Give me one thing about it. He doesn't intend it. I'm

the dream. There's no lack.

Thank you, Lord, for the bread. Thank you, Lord, for the bread and the food. And the kids got mad and they said, I want you to know we brought that food. She said, honey, I wouldn't care if the devil brought it. I know God saved it. It

brings peace. He said it. He'll do it. Question. That

makes you fill your mind with God's thoughts on the subject. How can your mind be filled with God's thoughts on the subject if that same mind now has questions and that mouth drops it? That's

the answer. Remember the women that came to the tune that early morning. They said, who shall roll their thumbs? Who is going to do it? Oh, it's like a big song. Who is going to help? The stone was already rolled away. The

Bible said God except the Lord build the house they labor but in vain. And

people organize for protection. And the Bible says except the Lord watch the city. The watchman watches but in vain. Close

the talk. Let's turn to 2 Corinthians 4, chapter 8 to 10. Read

it the way we read it.

On every side and I'm so tired I'm going to give up. I've had my stomach.

I just can't make anything anymore. Figure it out. I'm so, I'm just so nervous and neurotic.

Executed. If you just got to that, I don't know how anybody ever takes anything anymore. Just any one police at night. Oh, it's a bad way, I mean. We're

not Christians, are we? I know there's cancer out there. I know there's disease. I know there's problems. So what?

Institution for the insane.

Heals and mental breakdowns.

Forsaken and even cast down.

Bring about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal place.

He says, we having the same spirit of faith according and... I believe and therefore have I spoken. We also believe and therefore speak. Think how we're troubled, but that's all right. We're not distressed. It's all right. It's an everyday thing. We've been through this way before. We'll be this way again. It's all right. Certainly I can't see how everything is working out, but he said it would, so why should I despair? This is God's job. Certainly I'm persecuted. Who isn't persecuted? We're not forsaken. The Lord's with me. He's my helper. All men deserve me. But the Lord stood with me. I even get cast down. That's all right. I'll get up again.

Yes, certainly.

That's how faith talks.

It talks. You've got to measure the faith of God. You're going to have to talk. But we've got to learn to talk the way God taught us to talk. Now, I'm going to show you something in Scripture that both Peter and Paul agreed with this implicitly. In the 10th chapter of the book of Hebrews, in verse 23, it says, Let us hold fast the procession of our faith without wavering. For he is faithful to promise. Paul said that faith talks. Of course, he said that in Romans, didn't he? So we already know Paul said it in two places. But we want the confirmation in the mouth of the second witness, which is 1 Peter, the fourth chapter. And he says here in the 11th verse, If any man speak, let him speak as the oracle for God. In

Hebrews 10 and 23, the translators made a terrible mistake. In fact, they did their best. They made two of them.

Word profession is not profession. It is confession. Being together means to say the same thing together. And the word faith is not faith. Put it up in your concordance. Anyone you want. It is hope. Listen

from God. It is his word. So the Bible says say what the word says. Stick with it. And Peter said the same thing. If you talk, say what God's word says or don't say it.

where everybody gets up and says, here's what I think, or I've got some revelation, this and that. I'm not innocent. I want to hear God's word. Take it all the way and put this. If God's word is not in our mouth, the faith of God cannot work because that faith is dependent upon your confession and your confession is dependent upon the word because anything else in that faith will not function. You're

just simply getting it eaten. I'm talking about we walk by faith. We live by faith. And healing is nothing more nor less than a little whipped cream with a cherry.

Powerful rules of day by day living and conquering and overcoming. How

does that have to do with miracles and healing?

And it says that we are to confess the word of God. We

can't earnestly expect from God. And since what we can't earnestly expect from God is redeemed in his word, then we ought to always confess whatever God's word has said about the subject wherein we are concerned. It's not

as wonderful as the third

Bible, so it's perfect. Even my mind is just in Psalms 12, 3, 4, and 6. The Lord shall cut off all flattering lips and the tongue that speaketh proud things. You see, that wouldn't work. The fourth, our tongues we will prevail are our own. Who is Lord over us? See, that's the question. But now what does verse 6 say? Words of the Lord are pure words as silver tried in the furnace of the earth, purified seven times. Now a natural man who says, I can say what I want. and I'll say it, and it'll work. No, sir. You know, the only thing that'll work with God is God's word. With

this in mind, let's swing back to our text which we read over here. Just going into it again in the book of Hebrews, that sixth chapter, concerning God and his word. And here's what he said. For men barely swear by the greater, and an oath of confirmation is to them an end of all strife wherein God, willing more of punishment, the heirs of promise, the immutability of counsel, he confirmed it by an oath. In other words, he said it. In other words, God, when God said his word, that confirmed it. That's exactly why you're told over here in Hebrews 10, 23, hold fast the confession of your hope without wavering. This

is an admonition. Now listen to me. I have to admonish you in a place where admonition is unnecessary? Does God warn where a warning is unwarranted? Say to beware if there is a danger?

Voluntary action for... an involuntary action, or we have to go to certain things, would God now counsel you to so guard yourself against that action? It has to be an involuntary, something you've got to figure out. So God's word says here, don't you dare say anything other than what the word says concerning that subject. That's the confession of the word. When do you have to hold a thing back? When there's a pull against it,

something to tear you away. We have this morning God's word saying, hold fast. Of your hope, God's word has decreed, ye earnestly expect from the Lord. That is what Scripture tells us. We then come to an outstanding truth on the outworking of faith. And this truth is that we are to confirm our thoughts with words. Even as God, with words confirmed, his thoughts toward us. Notice the word confirm. When do you confirm a thing? You say, yes. I take it on the airplane confirmed. Yes, this makes it authentic. This puts it into motion. You put your faith in motion by saying what God said about the situation. Our

thoughts with words, even as God confirmed with words his thoughts toward us, think they thought and confirm them by confession. We also believe and therefore we speak. We believe there isn't another law which will take it free and the gospel.

for this is found in Hebrews 11 and 6. But without faith it is impossible to please him, for he that cometh to God must believe that God is, and God is a rewarder of them who diligently seek him. Let's

read verses 14 and 15. They

who say such a

country, if

they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have asked, or the scripture says they have opportunity afforded them to return. Now they desire a better, and the word country is interpolated, so it could be they desire a better country, they desire a better living, they desire better health, they desire better spiritual conditions, they desire anything the word of God says they can have. In other words, that's a heavenly God behind it doing it, wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared them a city, like he's already prepared healing for you. He was a healer before there was a sick man. He's prepared life for you before there was ever a sinner. He had all the needs met before there was a needy one. It's God doing it, and how did they do it? The scripture says their faith was activated by thinking and talking what God said about it. Working

for you, not against you, give him credit. Give

us credit, come and say, you know, the Lord told me by day. Now, to make a covenant with you people, everybody who gives me $20 will get a covenant, and your prayer will be answered. Show me that needy God's word. Please, somebody. The preachers will say it, and people believe it. And yet, preaching truth like this. No, they don't want it. I'm not saying you don't want it. Because I know you do. Otherwise, you wouldn't be coming through Snowdisk and all the pain you've gone through to get here. I know you love the word. I mean, that's why the word is very clear in this series here. It's called helping us. But you see what I'm telling you? Your

heart and your mind and your mouth with the word of God. Like the first song you see. Here

is they have kept in mind that which was contrary to God's purpose or promise. they would have gone right back to it.

Negatively about anything. I

say, now I'm here to pray for you. Listen to me. I

know what they want. I don't need to go to this. Unless God reveals something, then I can pray. Then when I pray, I leave the house immediately. Why? Because normally people want to keep on praying. They hold a post -mortem over the corpse and the healing is down the drain. And

you're praying for every hour on the hour. Thank God for the healing that's begun in your body.

Verses 15,

that these people, thought, and talk, and they received the better things of God built upon the promises of God. Now, let's examine Scripture just to prove to you in Scripture what the mouth does, or what talking does. You ready for it? Well, ready or not, it was

not a nice thing to ask of you, was it? All right, we're going to go to Psalms, or rather Proverbs, the 18th chapter.

1820 -21. The

Hebrew and the ancient people, the bellies, signified as that inner man. In fact, they talk of the solar plexus mind where people get nervous. They get nervous in the solar plexus, and they get nervous in the head. There are two places you get nervous. You get butterflies here, or you get all this blood here. They talk of the belly as being an inner man. In fact, you'd be surprised that when they talk about the compassion, I think the word is actually kidney. They relate it to certain parts of the body, and they use mystical means.

When we talk of the belly, it is signifying of the inner person, you see, or what you might call the soul part of man. Now, it says here, a man's belly shall be satisfied with his mouth, and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they that love it shall eat the fruit of it. Now, I always illustrate this way, this little verse. A man went out to catch a fish, and by luck he caught a fish. Well, he was a great Isaac the Waltz, you know, whatever it is that goes out and catches fish. And he caught a fish this long. And he went home and he said, you know, I caught the prettiest little trout you ever saw. It was actually six inches long. He has an eye for beauty, so he said it was eight inches. And you know, we talked about that struggle about fish caging before, and it was so delicious to eat it. It got down in here, and the funny thing was, it just looked like the Bible says that he should be satisfied with the pretty mouth. He liked what he heard, and it says it will increase by thinning it. So it come out, and the next day it was 10 inches long. You know what put up a terrific fight before he got that thing? I found it so good, it went down here, it came out bigger here next time. It was 13 inches long, and then you should have been there to see that fight with that thing.

And the

funny thing is, when you hear it, it confirms it. And it gets bigger. If you didn't want to tell them, now it comes to where you just really want to tell them. And it comes out bigger than ever. The

Bible says that you get satisfied with what you talk about. My mother always talked trouble. And she was happiest in her misery. I'm

happy in God's words so they don't think about conditions. They always give the negative a wrong sign. And you see it gets bigger. People are picking on her, aren't they? They're supposed to be persecuted. Are

in the power of the tongue. One word. that gives life. My words are spirit and life. Heart

is not spirit and life. What you can say is not spirit and life. The congregation that's going to be alive must have God's word.

Even Stan Moody's sermon, Part of Summit, 15

for this age here where men don't want God's word, they want to hear stories. Tell

stories. On flat contours in America, that filthy church gets spiritual.

In case there's people leaving, they will leave if they hear the word because it gets spiritual.

God's word on your tongue, because the scripture says life and death are in the power of the tongue, and they the loving shall eat the fruit of life. You'll eat death if you love to talk death, and you'll eat life if you love to talk life. The

Bible teaches, and it doesn't teach anything else. Proverbs 12 and 14, it says a man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth. God

become ours if we talk about them. A

man shall eat good by the fruit of his mouth. He's the chief of his mouth, chief of his life. But he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction. Bad

ears and a thin mouth. We've got thick mouths and thin ears. Talking

about a thing and letting it go and you'll like it and the people will like it. And it just gets thicker and thicker and then it either kills you or you've got it because the word of God says it gives life to you.

Life or faith by filling his mouth with everything but the word of God. Congregation be built up in faith except the word of God is faith. This

is because I haven't written them all out. I shouldn't save you the trouble.

Psalm 109. And verses 17 to 20. And it says, As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him. As he delighted not in blessing, so far from him. No

church has been blessed with

their mouth. Loathe himself with cursing, cursing like as with his garment, and like oil into his bones. Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually. Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from the Lord, and of them that speak evil against my soul. And that's Bible.

when man, when he says judge not lest you be judged means criticize not when you're criticized. Why? Because the man's own criticism is going to destroy him. Faith

in God is not a soft

answer.

There's no truth in God's word. My word is truth. I

said that God is truth and Jesus said my word is truth.

God's truth because they're not established. They are established. Words

on earth are established truth. The

tongue of the lie depends

upon our tongue. God

confirmed and bigger.

We turn about their whole body. Also the ships, which though they be great, and are driven by fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor lifteth. Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold how great a matter a little fire can lift, and the tongue is a fire, a world of any goody. So is the tongue among our members, and that defileth the whole body. If it can make the whole body sick, then a good tongue can make it well. and set upon fire the course of nature, and is set on the fire of hell. Every kind of beast and birds and serpents and of things in the sea is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind, but the tongue can no man tame. In other words, you cannot make your tongue act involuntarily or have an involuntary proper reaction. You've got to see that it doesn't. Is my

sister ever getting a spiritual habit from God? whereby you're just like an automaton. You sit in a group. You got it now. Got it then. No matter how it comes, you got it. No, sir. No, sir. Every moment is a moment of gardening. Better

gardening than

the tongue. They go right together.

Subjected until death and the resurrection. Do them

yourself. I

don't know if he's a brother there. You see, I went to your house and I got sanctified 30 years ago and haven't sinned since. You liar. You sinned to sin right there. I'll prove tonight in the smile of your face there is no such thing. in the word of God is that nonsense. They were a priestess.

Weston didn't read enough of Luther. And all perfection in God was which is imputed righteousness by Jesus Christ our Lord is Christ himself. It says that the tongue can no man take. It's an unruly evil full of deadly poison. Therewith bless we God even the Father. Therewith we curse men which are made after the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren these things ought not to be so. Now in nature just a foundness of I send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter water. Can a fig be, my brother, their all of berries? Either a vine, fig, or can no fombo yield some fresh water? What's he saying here? He's saying the tongue has got to be controlled.

Spiritual men come forth. He can't do it. We

need to take the oath of the super

-vile sign.

What God Almighty said about this issue.

Let's go back again to what we read in 2 Corinthians, the fourth chapter.

Verses 8 to 10, here is how a man speaks when he's troubled. on every side. He said, I'm troubled, certainly, but I'm not distressed. We are perplexed, but we do not get despair. Persecuted, but we realize we're not forsaken. But we know we're not destroyed. We understand that always we are facing the fact that we must put our bodies under, or as Paul said, mortify, kill the deeds of the flesh and the lustre of, in order that the life of God may come forward. We don't think what we want to think. We think what God wants us to think. We don't say what we want to say. We say what God wants us to say. And that way we become the spiritual men and women that the Word wants us to be. Turn to the book of Psalms.

In the 118th Psalm, you

think you're doing your very best. In

verses 8 to 14, here is what you say. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in men. That's what you say. Notice, because it has to do with faith. You say, well, you've got a lot of good men in your church. I don't care if I've got a lot of good men in the church. My faith's in God. It's better to trust in the Lord than to put coffins in places. Got any rich people? We don't need money in our church. Not that money isn't necessary, but money will come in. In other words, you don't look to money. All nations compass me about. In the name of the Lord, I will destroy them. See the confession? They compass me about. Yea, they compass me about. But in the name of the Lord, I will destroy them. Notice this confession. Compass me about like these. It got worse, and it got worse, and it got worse, but I'll still destroy them.

Church is going on the rock. Oh, didn't you have that here? I think you're recovering now, though, but I'm sure you have it. Oh, and the finance people were going away in finance. That's all there was to preach. You see, he must have done something wrong. He

was like a himbo. He

said this, I could see the people begin to leave me, but I don't trust that anyway. All

the men put together, and all the money put together. Now all the preachers come in, and all those that don't believe their idols, and then it starts to fight me, call me names. He says they come with me like people. I'll put them to flight. The

church members both. See

that I might cry, but the Lord help me. You know, you be sure. and go around. Here's a bad point. I'm not calling people dirty rascals who are stigmatizing you. You

can talk about the other side. The Lord didn't say talk about all the bad things. He talked about all the good things. My strength and my song, the Lord, has become my salvation. That's the way the people are supposed to confess. Speaking confirms us in the right and the wrong paths. Turn to Psalm 140. Oh, we're in the Psalms.

140th Psalm. We read verses 1 to 3. Deliver me, O Lord, from the evil man. Preserve me from the violent man. which imagine mischief in their hearts, continually are they gathered together for war. They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent, and their poison is under their lips. Now that's a picture of it. Now verse 11. Let not an evil speaker be established in the Lord. Evil shall hunt the violent man, the violent talker, to overthrow him. At

least the man who talked wrong was overthrown. In

the mind, confirmed, and is thrown into action, because the man has stuck his neck out by his mouth, and now he's going to make him come to pass. And he will too, don't worry. Be careful how you remember that song. Be careful, little tongue, what you say. The

tongue is what we say because it seems like there. The tongue

is seen by Isaiah. Isaiah 57, 19. I create the fruit.

That's what we say.

And I will heal him. That's

because you say it.

22, 28. Thou shalt decree a thing. Be

a davish unto thee, and light shall shine upon thy way. Christian

becomes a decree of God. Davish is that word. And the light of God shined forth. What

was the favorite of his about Jack Moore's cousin? Very

nervous and just could not seem to get any victory. God forbade that one night this person, man or female, I don't know what it was, had a dream. And in this dream, that person was all alone in a room. At the

table there was a Bible. The person looked towards the door that was closed. There was a little crack under the door. And saw a little devil swaggering. And as he swaggered, he said, Boo! And the fellow said, Boo! The man jumped back. And

this fellow was way down the floor. Dilemma! He looked at the Bible, he picked up the Bible, and he said, this is do or die. And he said, the

word is up, you can go back and over. It

was a wonderful revelation.

Love God on what

you want, and it will kill what you don't want. We

can see how wrong it is to confess our fears. To confess our fears, we establish and confirm them. God warns us particularly against wrong speaking or foolish speaking, and particularly against foolish training. I've already brought to you one night here. But we'll go back to it now because it's in Ecclesiastes, the fifth chapter. I

think it's beginning with verse one. Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear than to give the sacrifice of fools, for they consider not that they do evil. Do you consider we do evil in these thoughts?

Blast with thy mouth, and let not thy heart be hasty to utter anything before God. Well, listen. Don't you know the angel of God said to Brother Branham that man's thoughts on earth speak louder in heaven than does his words even many times? Why? Because, you see, the words are hypocritical. Thinking one thing, saying another. We're not talking about a man now that does that. We're talking about the true coincide. If I love, let love come on. Say thoughts of love. If I hate, the thoughts that I hate come on. They coincide. I'm not saying I love you and all the while hating you. We're not talking about that. Now this man is blurring out his scripture. Now it says, for God's in heaven and thou upon earth. He's going to judge everybody. Therefore let thy word be few. Caution, that's about talking. Then

there is today the newspaper's glass. the magazines blast, the telephone blast, not without people, of course, and then the radio blast, and the TV blast, everything, talk, talk. The air is so full of voices, no wonder the world's confused. Get into Vietnam, bomb them, don't bomb them, do this, do that. Heaven's sake, somebody make up his mind and shut up and do it.

For a State of the Union address, we say, can't that guy even talk? Come

up through the multitude of business, and a fool's voice is known by multitudes of words. When thou bowest to bow unto God, defer not to pay it. For he hath no pleasure in fools. Pay which that which thou hast bowed. Better is thou shouldst not bow than thou shouldst bow and not pay. That says in Pentecost, it's better not to pray if you don't mean it than to pray and think something will come because it won't work anyway. Best

place to backslide is right on your knees talking to God. That's

why the prayer rooms are up.

I'm not against praying. Don't you dare pray against this word of God or not according to God's word. Because the Bible says you go to God, you're bound, and say, God, here I'm believing you for this answer. And then you leave this and follow out there. God says, I'm going to make it rough on you. Until

you can make up your mind the next time you ask God for anything, you're going to believe in devil to shut up. In the meantime, just worship and say, God, I'm not even worried at all because I'm scared. God says, I know I haven't got the backbone to follow through, but Lord, at least I'll praise you and I'll honor your great name in this praise.

After 10 o 'clock when the persecution ends. He said, let's call a six -month time of prayer.

God's on our side.

In other words, if you fear God, we're going to learn to keep our mouths closed. Let's go to the book of Job, the second chapter, for a couple of verses. And in Job, the second chapter, verses 9 and 10, it says, Then his wife said unto him, Dost thou retain thine integrity, curse God, and die? He said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What, shall we receive good at the hand of God? Shall we not receive evil? In all this, it shows not sin with his lips. The

third chapter. I'm

going to pause it this time now. Going back here in Daniel. One of the hard books to find, coming through the pages. The third chapter, verses 16, 17. And it said this, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we're not careful to answer thee in this matter. We don't have to take all things and figure this thing out. If thee saw our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the fiery furnace, and he will do us out of the hand, O king, but if not, let it be known unto thee, O king, we will not serve thy gods nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. That's the answer right there. There's

only one thing against God's word is this. Go to Matthew, chapter verse 16 to 20, how God warns us.

For when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what you'll speak. Which shall be given you in that same hour what you shall speak, for it's not you to speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking in you. Now listen, the Spirit of God will never go contrary to this word because we won't. You use that word right now, and you've got God speaking to you about his spirit. We

have established the law of the faith life, that what we want to be increased and established in our lives, we think about and confirm and strengthen and enlarge by speaking our thoughts, faith thoughts, relative to them. Psalm 145. Psalm 145, I'll read that again that I just gave you. See, I wrote this down. Without a doubt, we have established the law of faith, of the faith life, that which we want to increase. and established in our lives we think about and confirm and strengthen and enlarge by seeking our faith thoughts relative to them. Psalm 145, 4 to 21. One generation shall praise thy works to another and shall declare thy mighty acts and men shall speak of the mighty might of thy terrible acts and will declare thy greatness. They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness and shall sing of thy righteousness. Here's what it is. The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger, and of great mercy. Here's what you're saying and singing. The Lord is good to all. His tender mercy is over all his works. All thy works shall praise thee, O Lord, and thy saints shall bless thee. They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom and talk of thy power to make known to the sons of men his mighty acts and the glories of his majesty through kingdom. Then he said, and it's in the song again. Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom and thy dominion endures throughout all generations. The Lord upholdeth all that falls. That's what Paul said. And raiseth up those that are bowed down. That's the same thing. The eyes of all wait upon thee. Thou givest them their meat and juice even. Thou openest thy hand in man and satisfiest the desire of every living thing. The Lord is righteous in all his ways. Good God doing good things. And holy are his word. Never anything evil. The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him. To all that call upon him in truth. Thy word alone is truth. You can't call upon God except by his word. He will fulfill the desire of them that fear him. He will say his word. Speak his word. He also will hear them. What? When hear what? When they say his word and their cry and say them. The Lord preserves all them that love him, but all the wicked will destroy him. Who loves God? David obeyed his commandment. My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord and let all flesh bless his holy name forever. There it is.

It's not a hypocrite. It's

not a getting your life messed up. I

don't want to go together if they're born again or anyone's born again. Take your... I can't do the filthy things this world does because I'm a Christian. I love God. And you know what happens? You won't even try under temptation to do the filthy things the Lord's doing right now because you've made your confession.

We've reversed it. You know, what is in our lives, we don't want. We've reduced our thoughts and our words concerning it. So we prove that by the book of Matthew, the 15th.

Matthew 15, 7 and 12. I guess it's the 15th chapter, 11th verse. Not that which goeth into the mouth defile a man, but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man. Now turn back to Matthew 12, in verse 37. And it says, For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be judged.

Talking those desirable qualities and things. Talking and you decrease in the same way. You hear right away from those other things that you don't. Once more to see this is a faith principle. We go back to Abraham, the father of faith. Back there in Genesis 17, 5 and 6. Applying

everything to Abraham because it gives us a better insight. 17 .5 and 6 says, Neither shall thy name any more be called or spoken, Abram. But thy name shall be spoken, Abraham. The father of many nations have I made thee. God put everything in the past tense. And then he says, I will bring to pass what I put in the past tense. You see, what I decree is established. It's got to come to pass. You see, because it's in words. I will make the exceeding fruitful. We'll make nations of thee and kings shall come out of thee. Establish my covenant between thee. And me and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant to be God unto thee and to thy seed after thee. That's you and me because we're the seed of Abraham through Christ. It says here that this man shall no longer be called Abram. He can't be. Born

to be Abraham so therefore he is called Abraham. People come along and say, do you see this notable man at the gate? Looking man, regal, dignified. They say you must be the mayor of the city. Well, yes I am. He said I'm the father of this whole tribe here, all these people. In the sense that he was... And then they say, what is your name? He said, my name is Abraham. Oh, wonderful. A father of many children. How many children and grandchildren do you have? What is the fact of the matter? You

changed your name. Isn't that time to get you? Oh, no. You see, I'm going to be a father. Oh, boy. He is true. God

spoke to me. Oh, boy. Here comes a man with a white jacket. He told

himself

what God said he was, and he became what God already said he was.

testimony, and his thinking did it because the Bible said he perceived not his own body. He didn't think about it. The word perceived means to 30 meditate over, going over. He took it out of his mind entirely what he thought he was. The promise of God said what God said about it, and he became what God said he was. And that's why people don't get healed these days. In

your post. Oh, my post is bad. Of

course, they have the urine test. The people are going to get a cold. You know, when you get a cold, you're going to get a cold.

Never mind what God told you to think. Never mind what God told you to think. It's not going to work. Don't

think and don't get to the root cause.

When he was 38 years of age. But

before I was left the age of 38 to get down here in my bladder, I wish I had an altar. And

the way it was. I found out what that purple light was because I accidentally picked up something

that read into it. The way a certain light hit it was blood.

Mind and tongue controlled on the other subjects. The day will come when that spiritual person will be so spiritual.

I'm not interested in miracles of healing per se here by themselves. Because too many people try to use a gift and bypass the word of God. You can't bypass the word of God by any gift. The Bible doesn't fight the Bible. God does not say, I have placed one law here that you obey. But you see, if you're smart, you'll see this lie over here, and you'll use this and forget this. Oh, no, my brother, my sister, no, no. What

have people done with the gift of revelation when God let them come back to the church for a while? Everybody used anybody with the revelation ministry of the crystal while they came running to me. But I was lying.

People said, Brother Dave, you've got to get this man out. You lay your hands on the prophet's back. And Brother Neville was doing it years after I quit. And he was so active in prophecies, they'd tape it and everybody would come running. And one day his brother ran him down the road, the vision broke, and said, go to my service. They

are leading him into a trap. The

word is your direction. Hear my brother like this. The word and the people who bypass the word are not entitled to revelation because that then adds condemnation. If you don't believe in this, why would you believe in the other?

would be worthy as my child. You have disobeyed this portion of Scripture. Go back to it. Then I will do something for you. But they don't want it. God

doesn't do things like that. Let's go to the book of Romans. I've got to close pretty soon now, and I was going to preach two sermons and keep you here to see, but I'm going to forego one and teach the other. And this one, last

one tonight. Romans, the fourth chapter, 19 to 20. And being not weak in faith, he considered not. That's 30 perceived, his own body now dead. When he was a hundred years old, he was yet the dentist of Sarah's womb. He staggered not at the promise of God's company, but gave, was strong in faith, giving God the glory of God. He was talking, you see. And being fully persuaded of what he was promised, he was aileron, and God gave him righteousness. You see, Abraham said what God said. I am not Abraham. I'm Abraham, and he became Abraham. Thus we find, now listen carefully, thus we find that a right and proper mental attitude towards any promise in the word. Attitude. Confirmed and augmented by confession of the word. This without fail that promise to the believer. And in so doing, he will become a spiritual butterfly. Often

one to another. This

is written before him for them that feared the Lord. We

have to communicate about the Lord. Want to get a great faith life going? Want to use the measure of faith God gave you? Remember the faith is perfect, but the vessel is not. It

has got lies laid down. See

what God's word says.

It was an expectation that it would come. Back to say that it came. Because if I had not gone through that process, I would still have my dad's order. Be

not weary in faith, and due season you will reap.

Increase this faith. Think

what God said about the subject. See what God said about the subject. Apply it to yourself in your mind and your conversation because God told you. And the day will come when you get it. Carrie Chugnot Gummy was a pretty big

woman preacher. She was an old Carrie. She wasn't a preacher, but she was always on a wheelchair like this. That old lady was always on a wheelchair. That's not a wheelchair. And she said, by his stripes I have been healed. You may say, oh, Mrs. Chugnot Gummy. And

she said, that is the devil's lie. But

one day, that old gal's like a dick. And she was eating. And she stumped up and down the mirror like a female pig. They

got their understanding of gifts and all. Mrs. Woodward Eder was the one. Yeah, that's the one I met. Woodard, not Terry, but no, John was there.

The Mormon people. And then they told the most beautiful double -cross in history, what an organization always does. They said to the Mormons who were born again, where they have the word way back, you see, before. But

they said to the Mormons, the elders came and said, look, we believe in you. You don't have to leave the church. You can just stick with us. We like it. In

faith that I have been used. You were used 2 ,000 years ago, so was I. The perfect faith together. What's wrong? We're not using the channels that God does. What did Brother Bannon preach a while ago? Rendering the service to God apart from God's will. I've

got the faith of Jesus Christ today, but I tend to use it outside of His directed channels. I

can't answer those.

Thank you for your

words. At

this time, but nonetheless, it is a truth.

to get it into our hearts until

it becomes a part of us. You have told us how to do it. The

process we shall increase. We

leave the promise that

this is essential

because it is a God to

bring all things to our remembrance and to teach us and give us a revelation. We will do that work, Lord, now in our hearts and minds. But

that it becomes so real because

we are children. We can.
