By using The Message Archive you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

A free library for reading, listening to and searching the sermons of William Branham and Lee Vayle, for personal study. The words in the transcripts and recordings are the preachers’ own. The site adds no teaching of its own.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are for people 13 and older.
• We may close an account that breaks these terms.

AI search

• AI search is for questions about the sermons, the Bible and the faith they preach. It does not write answers of its own: it finds passages the preachers spoke. Questions on other subjects are turned away.
• Each member has a monthly AI allowance and a daily number of questions. When either runs out, search continues with exact words.
• Search can miss things. Always read a passage in its sermon before relying on it.

Fair use of the site

To keep the library free and quick for everyone, please do not:

• use robots, scrapers or scripts to copy, download or search the site in bulk;
• try to get around the limits, the sign-in or the robot checks;
• use AI search for anything other than studying the sermons, or try to make it do something else;
• sell, re-publish or re-host the library, the recordings or the transcripts;
• attack, overload or probe the site for weaknesses.

We may limit or block access that does these things.

The sermons and recordings

The sermons, recordings and transcripts belong to their rights holders. You may read, listen, print a transcript and share links for personal and church study. For anything more, ask the rights holder. If you hold rights in something here, see Copyright and removal requests.

No guarantees

The site is offered free and as it is. We work to keep transcripts accurate and the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Please tell us about any mistake you find.

Limit of responsibility

As far as the law allows, The Message Archive is not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site or from not being able to use it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and of Canada.
