They can't even accept people's words because they don't need it. And now we turn around and say, I believe God meant what he said and I accept it. Oh, I wish it were just that easy. That's the way it should be. It says here's an end of all strife. If it's an end of all strife, then what? What comes after strife or strife ends? Peace. We'd

have great peace, wouldn't we? Because God said so. And you see, we're in a terrible age. It just seems impossible to take this scripture as written. For confirmation. You can't even take the paper it's written on and make it work. Because we don't read the fine print. You can't even make a will out of it. But what the law courts have another say upon that. You can't even have your own mind. Somebody's got to say that's not what he meant. So do you know what an age we need? An

atmosphere that's settled upon us. You take my word.

They find faith when you come in.

Confirmation.

64, no, the hundredth question was they got caught, you know. They say ask the kids in school. What do you think of it? They said, well, sure as he can sweet grace, it's okay, because once he got away with it, his

word could

end him all, strike him in peace. Now, John, willing more abundantly to show unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath. God said, here's my word, I've given it, I need it, don't you ever worry about it. That

is that the only earthly creation is

mankind. The

power to reason, they do not have the power of man to reason.

Creation rules.

particularly the thoughts of the mind, and the destroyers of faith, unless that mind, by disciplined thinking, was patterned on the word of God. Talk

without thinking. Enough

before he talks. Before you talk.

Involuntary and involuntary finds its root in

all

strife, wherein God cares

that from the immutability of his counsel confirmed it by his oath. The scripture says that God never took counsel with anybody. You

cannot add one thought to God. Take one thought from him. To

impress you this morning with that thought. If God is omniscient, then it means that he is all wise and God during these countless ages, these aeons, has not added to his own mind one single solitary thought. He cannot if he is omniscient. If he is simply a great mind and one day may become omniscient, then that is something else. But the scripture declares that God is omniscient. God always knew all things. And it is absolutely staggering, but absolutely correct. Adam said he knew every tree on every plant, and how many times that tree would bat his eye. The

church counseled with no man. The apostles were all in

existence. God

simply remained thought of. Until he spoke them. Until

he told them.

A council spoken

to Abraham.

Constitutes the law of spiritual psychology in the realms of faith. If you don't want to confirm your thinking, don't say it. If

you want to confirm it,

I've confirmed you. If

you have faith thoughts and want to confirm them, say it.

It was over.

Begin to see faith and confession according to Corinthians, the second book. Therefore, in verse 13, having the same spirit of faith, according as it stands, I believed, and therefore have I spoken. Also believe, therefore speak. It says here that faith and confession go hand in hand. You cannot have one without the other. You must not attempt to implement the one without the other. But at this moment, attempt to take the Scripture. that it says, hast thou faith, have it to thyself. It's not referring to that. What's the other? Faith

of God, it's a talking faith. That's

what Scripture says. Now, faith of God itself is very explicit on what the man says concerning the faith of God. In order to emphasize it and to make it clear, even as I might want to illustrate to you, answer

to a certain question, I may turn around and ask you a question.

People, how they...

He deliberately tells them how they ought to talk. The 10th chapter.

to ascend into the deep, that is, to bring up Christ from the dead. But check this. Even

in thy mouth and in thy heart, it's got to be in your mouth to get down here, the

faith which we pour to faith. The mouth

of the Lord Jesus. Believe in thine heart that faith is from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Hark, man, believeeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. In other words, that gift which is resident in you accomplishes As you speak with your mouth, God

says faith never ends. The

regular church service is like the elegance of some Jesus God who has revealed in my heart today that we must begin to send the thousand dollars to the poor orphans over in Egypt. You

make me sick. I don't mean you. I'm talking about a principle now. It

brings in my mouth your thoughts and what should be your reaction. God says it can be done. Don't ask questions. You kill your faith by asking questions.

God killed him. How is he going to raise God now that we killed God?

Question. This

lady in this room.

Stand back. Say that don't believe in the power of God today. Stop. I'll give you time. Give

your son enough. Get your side of your own. You're going to do good.

Not a

book of Matthew chapter 13.

53. When

Jesus had finished these parables, he departed then. His own country. He taught them in the synagogue. In so much that they were astonished and said, has this man this wisdom? Question number two, whence does he have these mighty words? Question number three, is not this the communism? Four, is not this his mother called Mary? Five, is not his brethren James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas? Six, and we're not his sisters? Seven, let's be happy all these things, and they lost all of their faith, and they got offended and turned away from God, and that's what you and I do when we begin to question God how he does things instead of just simply saying what God said about it. With

you and me?

and here we've got the measure of God's own face that can move mountains. Lord, you're going to move mountains? How are you going to do it? I

wouldn't care somebody else had them penny bombs. You

care how it comes, long as it comes.

It's going to be like the old widow crying to her bed. She got so hungry, no food, no house, no money. She said, oh Lord, send me some bread. God, send me some food. The little kid heard. They went downtown and bought a few things and threw it in the door and shut it. She said, thank you, Lord, for the bread. Thank you, Lord, for the bread and the food. And the kid got mad and said, I want you to know we brought that food. She said, honey, I wouldn't care if the devil... Robert, I know God sent it. It

brings peace. He said it. He'll do it. Question. You

fill God. Your mind with God's thoughts on the subject. Your mind be filled with God's thoughts on the subject. If that same mind now asks questions, then that mouth drops it. The

women that came to the tomb that early morning, they said, who shall walk away with the stone? Oh, who is going to do it? Oh, it's such a big stone. Who is going to help us? The stone was already rolled away. And

people all did not.

Except the Lord watched the city. The watchman watched it, but in vain.

2 Corinthians 4, chapter 8 to 10. I'm

going to give up. I've had my stomach broke. I

can't make anything anymore. Figure it out. I'm so, I'm just so nervous and neurotic.

Persecuted. Oh, this persecution's got so bad, I don't know how anybody ever takes anything anymore. Just best I just can't even sleep at night. Oh, that's a bad way. I mean, I

know there's cancer out there. I know there's disease. I know there's problems. So what? God

picked a mental

berserk. Do you think the real seed of God is in an institution for the insane?

God deals in mental breakdown,

forsaken, and even cast.

...about in the body, the dying of the Lord Jesus, of the life of Jesus, might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. Having

the same spirit of faith, according as I believe, and therefore have I spoken, we also believe, and therefore speak. We're troubled, but that's all right. We're not distressed. It's just an everyday thing. We're this way before, and we're this way again. It's all right. can't see how everything is working out, but he said it would, so why should I sit there? It's a God job. I'm persecuted. Who isn't persecuted? I said we're not persecuted. He's my helper. All men deserve me, but the Lord stood with me. Even get cast down. That's all right. I'll get up again. That's

how faith talks. It's

a talk. Faith

of God, you're going to have to talk, but we've got to learn to talk the way God taught us to talk. Now, I'm going to show you something in Scripture that both Peter and Paul agreed with this implicitly. chapter of the book of Hebrews. Verse 23, it says, Let us hold fast the procession of our faith without wavering, for he is faithful to promise. Paul said that faith talks. Of course, he said that in Romans, didn't he? But we already know Paul said it in two places. But we want the confirmation in the mouth of the second witness, which is 1 Peter, the fourth chapter. And he says here in the 11th verse, If any man speak, let him speak as the oracle for God.

In Hebrews 10 and 23, the translators made a terrible mistake. In fact, they did their best. They made two of them. Faith

is not profession. It is confession. Saying together means to say the same thing together. And the word faith is not faith. Look it up in your concordance. Any one you want. It is hope. From

God, it is his word. So the Bible says, say what the... word says, stick with it, and Peter said the same thing. If you talk, say what God's word says, or don't say it. Everybody

gives up and says, here's what I think, or I've got some revelation, this and that. I'm not interested. I want to hear God's word. Talk

or don't talk. You better take it all the way and put this. If God's word is not in our mouth, the faith of God cannot work, because that faith is dependent upon your confession, and your confession is dependent upon the word. because anything else in that faith will not function. I'm

not talking about you should simply get him to heal. I'm talking about we walk by faith, we live by faith, and healing is nothing more or less than a little whipped cream or the cherry for the griffin. Living

and conquering and overcoming has

to do with miracles indeed. Our faith talks. It says that we

can't earn if we expect from God. If

we believe in his word, then we ought to. If we're God's word, then we are concerned. What's

the psalm?

It's wonderful. It's clear. I

don't know the Bible so perfectly. My language will pick up every word. It says in Psalms 12, 3, 4, and 6, The Lord shall cut off all flattering lips and the tongue that speaketh proud things. You see, that wouldn't work. It says with our tongues we will prevail. Our lips are our own. Who is Lord over us? See, that's the question. But now what is verse 6 say? The words of the Lord are pure words as silver tried in the furnace of the earth purified seven times. Now, a natural man who says, I can say what I want, and I'll say it, and it'll work. No, sir. You know, the only thing that'll work with God is God's Word.

Swing back to our text, which we read over here. Just going into it again, in the book of Hebrews, that sixth chapter, concerning God and His Word. And here's what he said. For men verily swear by the greater, and an oath of confirmation is to them an end of all strife wherein God, willing more abundantly than the heirs of promise, the immutability of counsel. He confirmed it by an oath. In other words, he said it. In other words, God, when God said his word, that confirmed it. That's exactly why you're told over here in Hebrews 10, verse 23, Hold fast the confession of your hope without wavering. You follow it? Don't waver. This

is an admonition. Now listen to me. Does God have to admonish you in a place where admonition is unnecessary? Does God warn where a warning is unwarranted? Say the delay if there isn't a danger? Have a voluntary action for an involuntary action, or we have to sort of certain things. And would God now counsel you to so guard yourself against that action? It has to be an involuntary, something you've got to figure out. So God's word says here, don't you dare say anything other than what the word says concerning that subject. fast the confession of the word. When do you have to hold a thing fast? Grab tight. When there's a pull against it, something

to tear you away. So we have this morning God's word saying hold fast the confession of your hope for what God's word has decreed you may earnestly expect from the Lord. That is what Scripture tells us. We then come to an outstanding truth on the upworking of faith. And this truth is that we are to confirm our thoughts with words. Even as God with words confirmed his thoughts toward us. Notice the word confirm. When do you confirm a thing? You say, is my ticket on the airplane confirmed? Yes. This makes it authentic. This puts it into motion. You put your faith in motion by saying what God said about the situation. You follow me? To confirm our thoughts with words. Even as God confirmed with words his thought poured out, take they thought and confirm them by confession. We also believe and therefore we speak. What we believe, think it and say it. There isn't another law which will take its place. This is a mark from the hand of God. A further proof of this is found in Hebrews 11 and 6. But without faith it is impossible to please him. He that cometh to God must believe that God is, and God is a rewarder of them who diligently seek him. And

truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had, or the scripture says they have ample opportunity afforded them to return. Now they desire a better, and the word country is interpolated, so it could be they desire a better country, they desire a better living. They desire better health. They desire better spiritual conditions. They desire anything the word of God says they can have. In other words, that's a heavenly God behind it doing this. Therefore, God is not ashamed to be called their God. So he has prepared in the city, like he's already prepared healing for you. He was a healer before there was a sick man. He prepared righteousness before there was ever a sinner. He had all the needs met before there was a needy one. It's God doing it, and how did they do it? The scripture says their faith was activated by thinking and talking what God said about them.

I'm not against you giving credit. I

told you about credit card and faith. You know, the Lord showed me by vision. Now, to make a covenant with you people, everybody who gives me 20 dollars will get a covenant in your prayer of the answer. Show me that in God's word. Please, somebody. And yet people, the preachers will say it, and people believe it. And yet preaching truth like this, no, they don't. I'm not saying you don't want it, because I know you do. Otherwise, you wouldn't be coming through snow this and all the pain you've gone through to get here. I know you love the word. I believe that's why the word is very clear in this series here, God helping us. But you see what I'm trying to do? What God said about the situation hasn't spotted in your heart and your mind and your mouth with the word of God. Like the first psalm, you see. It

says here, if they had kept in mind that which was contrary to God's purpose or promise, They would have gone right back to it. So don't talk negatively about anything. I

say, now, I'm here to pray for you. You listen to me. Don't need to take the trust in me. Know what they like. I don't need to go from this. Unless God reveals something, then I can pray. Then when I pray, I leave the house immediately. Why? Because normally people want to keep on talking. They hold a post -mortem over the club, and they're eating it down the drink. Dr.

Cliff has to replace for every hour on the... Thank God for the healing that's begun in your body.

We saw then in verses 14 and 15 that these people thought and talked and they received the better things of God built upon the promises of God. Let's examine Scripture just to prove you in Scripture what the mouth does or what talking does. You're in court? Well, maybe you're not. It's

not a nice thing to ask you, is it? All right, we're going to go to Psalms, rather Proverbs, the 18th chapter.

Proverbs 18, 20 to 21. A man's belly. In the Hebrew and the ancient people, the belly signified is that inner man. In fact, they talk of the solar plexus mind where people get nervous. They get nervous in the solar plexus and they get nervous in the head. There are two places you get nervous. You get butterflies here or you get all distraught here. Talk of the belly as being an inner man. In fact, you'd be surprised that when they talk of bowels of compassion, I think the word is actually kidney. They relate to certain parts of the body. and they use mystical means. So, therefore, when we talk of the belly, it is signifying of the inner person, you see, or the, what you might call the soulless part of man. Now, it says here, a man's belly shall be satisfied with the food of his mouth, and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they that love it shall eat the fruit of it. Now, I always illustrate this way, this little verse. A man went out to catch a fish. And by luck, he caught a fish. Well, he was a great eye picker, well, whatever it is that goes on and catches fish. And he caught a fish this time. And he went home and he said, you know, I caught the prettiest little trout you ever saw. It was actually six inches long, but he has an eye for beauty, so he said it was eight inches long. And you know, he talked about that struggle that fish gave him beforehand. It was so delicious to eat here. It got down in here. And the funny thing was that just what the Bible says, that he should be satisfied with the pretty mouth. He liked what he heard. And it says it will increase. saying it. So it come out, and the next day it was 10 inches long. And that sounded so good, it went down here, it came out bigger here, and in fact, it was 13 inches long, and Magnum should have been there to see what fight he got big. And oh, that was so good, he got so happy, because he heard it, you see. It's what your own ears hear your tongue saying you like it. And it went down inside again, and it came out bigger, and it was a 16 -inch fist. And I want to tell you that was some fist. And that's the way gossip is.

And here's what it'll all give you. Suppose you... It'll die. And

you hear it, and it goes down. It

kills the other fella, but it's so sweet. It goes down here, and the funny thing is, when you hear it, it confirms it, and it gets bigger. And that feeling, if you didn't want to tell it, now comes to where you just...

Bigger than this.

Well, you get... What you talk about. My mother always talked trouble, and she was happiest in her misery. Happy

in God's words, but they don't think about it. It

gets bigger and bigger. People are picking on me. Oh, aren't they?

to be persecuted. In

the power of the tongue.

Take a seat

if they hear the word because it gets spiritual. On

your tongue because the scripture says life and death are in the power of the tongue and they the lovers shall eat the fruit of life. You'll eat death if you love to talk death and you'll eat life if you love to talk life. I'm a

teacher. I don't teach anything else. In Psalm 14 it says a man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth. The

things of God become ours if we talk about them.

A man shall eat good from the fruit of his mouth. He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life, but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.

We've got thick mouths and thin ears. And

they pretend to be their children. He's got it because the word of God says there's no word in his life but his. How can any man then have life or faith by filling his mouth with everything but the word of God? Congregation be built up in faith except the word of God is free. See

a couple of verses because I haven't written them all out. I should have been saved through the trouble. Also get the sermon going a little faster. Better wait, waiting on us getting the verses. 109 and verses 17 to 20. And it says, As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him. As he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him. Notice this.

Cursing like as with his garment, so into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones. Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him. And for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually. Let this be the reward of mine adversary from the Lord. And of him that speak evil against my soul. And that's Bible.

He says this. You judge not lest you be judged. Means criticize not when you're criticized. Why? Because the man's own criticism is going to destroy him.

Listen to Proverbs 15 on the song. Turneth away wrath.

Abandoned. Now that's as simple as ABC. Out of life. Proverbs 12, 19. The lips of truth shall be established forever. There's no truth but God's word. My word is truth. If Christ said that God is truth or Jesus says my word is truth.

Because they're not established. They're not established. The

tongue of the lie depends

upon our tongue.

Confirmed and vigorous. He

afraid until you confessed it. About

God and conditions I was troubled. If he said I complained. He

sure knew.

With though they be great. With

a very small hymn. Whether so ever the governor lift down his little member. And boast of great things. I'll drain a matter a little. And the tongue is a fire, a world of an egregious. So is the tongue among our members, and that defileth the whole body. If it can make the whole body sick, then a good tongue can make it well. And set upon fire the course of nature, and it set on the fire of hell. The mind of beasts and birds and serpents and of things in the sea is tamed, and has been tamed of mankind, but the tongue can no man tame. You cannot make your tongue at... involuntary or have an involuntary proper reaction. You've got to see that it doesn't. My

brother, my sister is ever getting a spiritual habit from God whereby you're just like an automaton. You sit in a group. You got it now. Got it then. No matter how it comes, you got it. No, sir. Every moment is a moment of darkness.

Mind and the tongue, they go right together.

Subjected until death and the resurrection. Hold them yourself. This

is the truth. John, if he's a brother to him, you see, I went to your house, and I got sanctified 30 years ago, and haven't sinned since. You liar, you sinned a sin right there. I'll prove tonight in the style of your faith, there is no sin in the word of God, is that nonsense. If

you didn't read enough of Luther, the resurrection in God was, which is imputed right inside Jesus Christ, our Lord is Christ himself. It says that the tongue can no man think. It's an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. Therewith, blessed be God, even the Father. Therewith we curse men which are made after the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so. Now in nature, does the fount that ascends forth at the same place sweet water and bitter water? Can a fig tree, my brother, bear all the berries? Either a vine, fig, folk, and no fount both yield strong fresh water. So what's he saying here? He's saying the tongue has got to be controlled. Spiritual

men come forth. He can't do it.

to take the oath of faith

that took the vow,

but you must speak instead about the situation. Let's go back again to what we read in 2 Corinthians, the fourth chapter. Let's

compare with it. A

man speaks when he's troubled on every side. He said, I'm troubled certainly, but I'm not distressed. We are perplexed, but we do not get despair. We're persecuted, but we realize we're not forsaken. We know we're not destroyed. We understand that always we are facing the fact that we must put our bodies under. Or as Paul said, mortify, kill the deeds of the flesh and the lust of the earth in order that the life of God may come forth. We don't think what we want to think. We think what God wants us to think. We don't say what we want to say. We say what God wants us to say. And that way we become the spiritual men and women that the Word wants us to be. Turn to the book of Psalms. If you care to do so. In the 118th Psalm, verse

14, here's what you say. It is better to trust in the Lord. than to put confidence in men. That's what you say. Notice, because it has to do with faith. I've got a good man in your church. I don't care if I've got a good man in the church. My faith's in God. It's better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes. Got any rich people? You don't need money in our church. Not that money isn't necessary, but money will come in. In other words, you don't look for money. All nations compass me about. In the name of the Lord, I will destroy them. See the confession? They compass me about. Yea, they compass me about. But in the name of the Lord, I will destroy them. Notice this confession. They compassed me about like these. It got worse, then it got worse, then it got worse, but I'll still destroy them.

Trick is going on the rock. Oh, didn't you have that here? I think you were chugging now, though, but I'm sure you had it. Oh, and the finance people were going away and financing us. Oh, the church was preaching at me. He must have done something wrong. He

was watching me go. He

began to lead me. I'm

going to trust all the men put together and all the money put together. Now let all the preachers come in and all those that don't believe the reality. You can even start to fight me. Call me names. He says they come to see like people. I'll put them to flight. And

the church members both. He's our hat -trotter, but the Lord's not. You know, you shouldn't go around. Here's a bad point. I'm not calling people dirty rats with their sick knives in them. The

Lord didn't say talk about all the bad things. He said talk about all the good things. The Lord is my strength and my song. The Lord has become my salvation. That's the way the people are supposed to condemn. He confirms us in the right and the wrong paths. Turn to Psalm 140, or in the Psalms.

And in the 140th Psalm, we read verses 1 to 3. Deliver me, O Lord, from the evil man. Preserve me from the violent man, which imagine mischief in their hearts. Continually are they gathered together for war. They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent. Adder's poison is under their lips. Now, that's a picture of it. Now, verse 11. Let not an evil speaker be established in the Lord. Evil shall hunt the violent man, the violent talker, to overthrow him.

The man who talked light was established. The man who talked long was overthrown. Because violence

has thrown into action. Because the man has stuck his neck out by his mouth. And now he's going to make him come to pass. And here's you, don't worry. Oh, we must be careful how we talk. Remember that song, Be Careful Little Tongue, What You Say? Be

careful little tongue, what we say.

Seen by I -5719. I create the fruit.

Peace, peace to him. I

will heal him. Therefore, it's

a creative act because you say it.

22, 28. Thou shalt decree a thing with your mouth, and it shall be established unto thee, and light shall shine upon thy ways. The use of the word

becomes a decree of God. God establishes that word, and the light of God shines forth. You're

going to hear this about Jack Moore's cousin. Very

nervous in this.

It got so bad that one night this person may have been, I don't know what it was, had a dream. In this dream, that person was all alone. a table in the room, and on the table there was a Bible. The person looked towards the door that was closed. There was a little crack under the door, and saw a little devil swaggering. And as he swaggered, he said, And the devil said, And the devil got his time. The

person jumped back, and the devil got back.

Just repeating, and this fellow was way down the floor. In his dilemma, he looked at the Bible, he picked up the Bible, and he said, And he said, It will

increase

what you want, and it will kill what you don't want.

and confirm them. God warns us particularly against wrong speaking or foolish speaking, and particularly against foolish praying, which I have already brought to you one night here, but we'll go back to it now because it's in Ecclesiastes, the fifth chapter, with

verse one. Out of God, and be more ready to hear than to give the sacrifice of fools, for they consider not what that they do evil. Do we consider we do evil in the shock?

Be not rash, and let not thy heart be hasty to utter anything before God. So listen. Don't you know the angel of God said to Brother Branham that man's thoughts on earth speak louder in heaven than does his words even many times? Why? Because you see the words are hypocritical. Thinking one thing, saying another. We're not talking about a man now that does that. We're talking about the true coincide. If I love, let love come out. Say thoughts of love. If I hate, let thoughts of hate come out. See? They coincide. I'm not saying I love you and all the while hating here. Now

this man is blurring out his script. He said, Sir, God's in heaven and thou upon earth. He's going to judge everybody. Therefore, let thy word be due. God cautions us about talking. The

newspapers blast, the magazines blast, the telephone blast. Not without people, of course. And then the radio blasts and the TV blasts. Everything, talk, talk. The air is so full of voices, no wonder the world's confused. Get into Vietnam. Bomb them. Don't bomb them. Do this. Every day, somebody make up his mind and shut up and do it.

We say, can't that guy even talk?

volume. Through

the multitude of business and a fool's voice is known by multitude to work. When thou bowest to bow unto God, defer not to pay it, for he hath no pleasure in fools. Pay with that which thou hast bowed. Better is thou shouldst not bow than thou shouldst bow and not pay. That says in 10 minutes, it's better not to pray if you don't mean it than to pray and think something will come because it won't work anyway. The

best place to backslide is when you're talking to God.

Don't you dare pray against this word of God or not according to God's word. Because the Bible says you go to God and you're about him and say, God, here I'm believing you for this answer. And there's some travel out there. God says, I'm going to make a rough run.

I'll tell you, you can make up your mind the next time you ask God for anything, you're going to believe and get it or shut up. In the meantime, just wish and say, God, I'm not even worried about it because I'm scared about it. I know I haven't got the backbone to follow through. But Lord, please, God, praise you. And I honor your great name in this place.

I'm upset. God,

I think that let's go to...

reader say thou before the angel that it was an error wherefore should God be angry at thy voice and destroy the works of thy hands for in the mouth of Judah dreams in many words there are but fear thou God in other words if you feared God we're going to learn to keep our mouths closed let's go to the book of Job the second chapter for a couple of verses and in Job the second chapter verses 9 and 10 it says then his wife said unto him dost thou retain thy integrity curse God and die he said unto her thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh what shall he receive good at the hand of God shall he not receive evil In all this, it does not sin with his lips. I'm

going to pause at this time now.

I'm coming through the pages. Chapter, verses 16, 17. This chapter has been shot to bed and go answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we're not careful to answer thee in this matter. In other words, he don't have to take all things and figure this thing out. Be so our God, whom we serve, is able to deliver us from the fiery furnace, and he will do so to hand, O king. But if not, let it be known unto thee, O king, we will not serve thy gods nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. That's the answer right there.

We're not going to do one thing against God's word or faith. Let's go to Matthew.

That's right.

Now listen.

You use that word right now and you've got God speaking in you about his spirit. What

we want to be increased and established in our lives, we think about and confirm and strengthen and enlarge by speaking our thoughts, faith thoughts, relative to them. Psalm 145. Before I read the Psalm 145, I'll read that again. What I just gave you.

With our doubt we have established the law of faith, of the faith life. That which we want to increase and establish in our lives, we think about. And confirm and strengthen and enlarge by seeking our faith thoughts relative to them. Psalm 145, 4 to 21. One generation shall praise thy works to another and shall declare thy mighty acts. And men shall see of the mighty might of thy charitable acts and will declare thy greatness. They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness and shall sing of thy righteousness. Here's what it is. The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger. and of great mercy. Here's what you're saying and singing. The Lord is good to all. His tender mercy is over all his works. All thy works shall praise thee, O Lord, and thy saints shall bless thee. They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom and talk of thy power to make known to the sons of men his mighty acts and the glories of his majesty, his kingdom. Then he said, then it's in the song again. Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom and thy dominion endures throughout all generations. The Lord upholdeth all that fall. That's what Paul said. And raise us up those that are bowed down. Said the same thing. The eyes of all wait upon thee. Thou givest them their meat and juice even. Thou openest thy hand in man and satisfyest the desire of every living thing. The Lord is righteous in all his ways. Good God doing good things. And holy are he. Never anything evil. The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him. To all that call upon him in truth. Thy word alone is truth. You can't call upon God except by his word. He will fulfill the desire of them that fear him. He will say his word. Speak his word. He also will hear them. When hear what? When they say his word. and will add their cry and save them. The Lord preserves us all, preserves us all them that love him, but all the wicked will destroy. Who loves God? Day to the day is commandment. My mouth shall feed the praise of the Lord, and let all flesh bless his holy name ever. There it is.

Take your stand and say, I can't do the filthy things this world does because I'm a Christian, I love God. And you don't have it? You won't even try under his temptation to do the filthy things the world's doing right now because you've made your confession.

That's the problem from confessionalism.

Increase now.

We've sort of reversed it. You know, what is in our lives, we don't want. We reduce our thoughts and our words concerning it. So we prove that by the book of Matthew, the 15th chapter. Chapter

11 verse. Not that which goes into the mouth we file a man, but that which cometh out of the mouth. This is the file of the man. Now turn back to Matthew 12. It

says, For by thy word thou shalt be justified, and by thy word thou shalt be judged. Those

desirable qualities and things, and you decrease. This

is a faith principle.

says, neither shall thy name any more be called or spoken, Abram. Thy name shall be spoken, Abraham. For a father of many nations have I made thee. God puts everything in the past tense. And then he says, I will bring to pass what I put in the past tense. You see, what I've decreed is established. It's got to come to pass. You see, because it's in words. We'll make the exceeding fruitful. We'll make nations of thee and kings shall come out of thee. Establish my covenant between thee. And he and thy seed after thee in their generation for an everlasting covenant to be God unto thee and to thy seed after thee. That's you and me because we're the seed of Abraham through Christ. It says here that this man shall no longer be called Abram. He can't be. He's going to be Abraham so therefore he is called Abraham. They see this notable man at the gate. He really goes dignified. They say you must be the mayor of the city. Well, yes I am. He said I'm the father of this whole tribe here, all these people. He was a spiritual father.

Oh,

wonderful. Father of many children. How many children and grandchildren do you have? Oh,

no, you see, I'm going to be a father. Oh,

here comes a man with a white jacket.

God

said he was, and he became what God already said he was. Good testimony. His words and his thinking did it, because the Bible said he perceived not his own body. He didn't think about it. The word perceived means to thoroughly meditate over, going over. He took it out of his mind entirely what his body was. The promise of God, God said about it, and he became what God said he was. And that's why people don't get healed these days.

They pack a urine test to see if they're going to get a cold. You know, you get lit in the state. How come you're going to get it? I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I'm kidding.

Never mind what God told you to think. Never mind what God told you to think. It's not going to work. I

hope you'll regret it. I

was hurt when he was 38 years of age.

But before I was left the age of 38, I got hit down here in my bladder.

I was out there on work.

It was class work. And

the night turned the way it was. I found out what that purple light was because I got an accident, picked up double lab, and put a red ink through it. And the way a certain light hit it was blood. Blood and purple go hand in hand. I'm

using these, Mr. Lindsay. I'll use them. It's a pop on a platform. The man is a prophet in the trance. What did

Mr. Dupree say? Mr. Dupes, he said the spirit in Rome was the same spirit in him. Well, I'll give you that. He

said the ex -genetical spirit was like a breath of springtime. Where has he been? The

commercial on filter, on the filtered cigarette. What is it, Salem's? Well, I once want to take you here to Salem's commercial. Do you wonder what, if you don't smoke cigarettes, do you wonder what you got against being healthy?

The ex -genetical spirit is a breath of springtime. Oh, if you don't like this kind of preaching, I'm sorry for you.

It's a public statement. I can't just say what he said because he said it to hundreds and hundreds of people. He said it to hundreds, man. You can talk about healing

all you want. You

can talk about healing all you want. You

can talk about healing all you want. You can talk about healing all you want. You can talk about healing all you want. You

can talk

about healing all you want. And you keep your mind and tongue controlled on the other subjects, the day will come when that spiritual person will be so spiritual, the healing power of God will be there. I'm not interested in miracles of healing per se, or by themselves. Because too many people try to use a gift and bypass the word of God. You can't bypass the word of God by any gift. The Bible doesn't fight the Bible. God does not say, I have placed one law here that you obey. But you see, if you're smart, you'll see the fly over here, and you'll use this and forget this. I don't know my brother Matthew. People

done with the gift of revelation when God... back to the church for a while. Everybody used anybody with the revelation ministry as a crystal while they came running to me. Well,

20 years after I quit. Action and prophecies, they take it and everybody will come running. And one day as Brother Branham went down the road, the vision broke and said, go tell

him, beware, they are leading him into a trap. To

revelation, because that then has condemnation. If you don't believe in this, why would you believe in the other? If it would be worthy as my source in the scripture, go back to it, then I will do something for you.

Let's go to the book of Romans.

You hear the truth. On the Fargo one, on this one, the

fourth chapter, 19 to 20. And being not weak in faith, he considered not. That's thoroughly perceived. His own body now dead. When he was a hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb, he staggered not at the promise of God to meet the gate, was strong in faith, giving God the glory of God. He was talking, you see. And being thoroughly persuaded of what he was promised, he was able to go on, and God gave him righteousness. You see, Abraham said what God said. I am not Abraham. I'm Abraham, and he became Abraham. Thus we find, now listen carefully, thus we find that a right and proper mental attitude toward any promise in the word. Attitude, being confirmed and augmented by confession of the word, will eventually give without fail that promise to the believer, and in so doing, he will become a spiritual butterfly. It's

written before him for them to fear that they

have to communicate about the Lord. The

faith God gave you, remember, the faith is big, but the vessel is not. You

can't do it if you've got lies laid down.

God's word says. I

would listen to any time anybody had a bad shoulder, I'd raise my hand in faith. Any

time anybody got prayed for with a bad shoulder, there I was believing God. About two years later, it was all gone. I'm glad to say that I endured this. That's not any great joy, but it was an expectation that it would come. I am glad to say that it came. Because if I had not gone through that process, I would still have my bad shoulder. It

didn't have to come. Be

not weary in faith, in due season you will reap. God

said about the subject. God said about the subject. Apply it to yourself, in your mind, in your conversation, because God told you. And the day will come when you get it. Sherry Judd Montgomery was a perfect example.

Sherry, she wasn't a preacher, but she was always on a wheelchair like this. That old lady was always on a wheelchair. That's not new, Sherry. She said, by his stripes I have been healed. And he said, oh, Mrs. Montgomery, here's

the devil's lie. And

it went in her, Sherry. It's

a double -cross in history. What organization always does. Except for the Mormons who were born again, where they had the word way back 50 before them. Except

for the Mormons, the elders came and said, look, We believe in that. You don't have to leave the church. You can just speak with us. We like it. A

thousand years ago for a man. Perfect faith to get it. What's wrong? We were not using the channels that God set. What did Brother Bannon preach a while ago? Doing the service to God apart from God's will. I've

got the faith that Jesus Christ gave it to him to use it outside of his directed channel. Is it going to work? I can't answer that. We

thank you for the

over your words. It

is a truth. Get

into our hearts. How

to do it. Be

overcome, Lord.

to bring all things to our remembrance, and to teach us and give us a consuming revelation. Do that work, Lord, now, in our hearts and minds, faith that is set as thy word and as the work of the Spirit.

But that it becomes so real, the principle of the outworking of faith will be ours. O God, in this

moment's practice of revelation, because we are children, we can and it will be ours.
